接？应该不是domain machine 吧。network event 会trigger re identifying。如果
是wireless lan (802.11)，uncheck "Connect to a more preferred network if
available". 如果你同时用wwan连接(broad band network)，这个已经在sp1 fix 了。
如果都不行，建议你用另一台机器连同一个网络看一下。 |

今天聽了本實驗室一個 韓國來的volunteer postdoc 的data presentation, 他的
project 是identify 某種 cancer 的metastasis driver基因。前面我說過，我們老板
是醫生，不懂research， 都是二老板指導我們做。這個韓國postdoc 是這麼做的：拿
來一個egfr mutation 的細胞株，提rna，做miroarray, 得到的結果跟public
database里另一個 egfr mutation的細胞株結果比較，他把 fold 設在1.5的時候找到
這兩個細胞株共同上調（相對於parental cell)的基因是41个，fold 設在2.0的時候是
7个，他然後用realtime pcr confirm, 找出大概五個基因，然後再用western blot最
後只剩 1－2个是real 上調的，然後他找到這個基因的相關 back... 阅读全帖 |
