pension系统是全民的责任，州政府员工来承担，不fair是显而易见的。
也没有那么难解决。真的和过去四年那样，income 5% 增加的税收指定给pension系统
，而布什挪作他用，来个20年估计就足够了。现在的计算是110B的窟窿，这是
projection，是将来的liability。其实政府早年每年都把matchup到位，不会有今天这
么大的窟窿的。很多pension之所以换成个人负责的401K,一个根本问题就是pension违
背了人性。IL的pension,一个对政府（纳税人）和政府员工都有好处的系统，就这么别
政客们玩不下去了。

any external evaluation. You need to submit all your academic credentials to
its board, pay the application and evaluation fees ($595!)
If you have bachelor degree from a 4-year Chinese college, it will count for
120 credit hours. I am not sure how many credit hours they will count from
your master degree in China.

自动扣费，然后我付给Budget。所以在收费公路都没有停下付费，都走自动扣费的通道
。最后还车，也忘了Budget有没有charge我的toll fee。
现在收到了Budget eToll的4张罚单，每张的toll fee都是几毛钱1块钱的，但是每张的
Illinois Tollway Citation Fee: $20，和Administrative Fee: $25。
4张罚单共要差不多$186。晕～～～
