去年7月J1到IL，前两个月学校扣了联邦税和州税，之后4个月才用Treaty免了税。现在
填税表，用CINTAX填1040NR-EZ，被扣掉的联邦税都可以退回来（line 10：adjusted
gross income = 0）。
但不知道怎么填IL州税：用IL-1040，line 1 Federal adjusted gross income 也应该
填“0”吧？但1042-S上只写着后4个月的收入并免税，W2上写着前2个月的收入。IL
revenue网上“A nonresident taxpayer, must file Form IL-1040 and Schedule NR
if you want a refund of any Illinois Income Tax withheld in error. You must
attach a letter of explanation from your employer.”寻求帮助。
