资产管理是一个服务性行业，它和其它服务业相比有什么特点？有哪些地方和其他的服
务行业不一样？我认为有两点不一样。
第一点，这个行业里的用户在绝大多数时间里，不知道、无法判断产品的好坏。这和其
他几乎所有的行业都不太一样。比如一辆车，用户就可以告诉你，这辆车是好是坏；去
吃饭，吃完饭就会知道这个餐馆的饭怎么样，服务如何……几乎所有的行业，判定产品
好坏很大程度上是通过客户的使用体验。但是资产管理行业绝大多数时候，绝大部分消
费者其实没有办法判断某个产品到底好还是不好，也没有办法判断得到的服务是优秀的

生前防篡权，死后防清算。”）——这是他发动文革的原因；另一方面，他的权势达到
空前的高峰——这是他发动文革的本钱.在文革四十年后的今天，有越来越多的人接受
了这样的解释：毛泽东发动文化大革命的主要原因是，毛在1958年搞大跃进，搞三面红
旗，导致三年大饥荒，饿死三、四千万人，犯下滔天大罪，从此做贼心虚，唯恐大权旁
落被别人篡党夺权，唯恐死后象斯大林一样被清算。所以毛要发动一场大清洗，以维护
自己生前的权力与死后的地位。
其实，毛的这种意图在文革发动之初的两个重要文本里就已经有所透露。一是姚文
元发表在1965年11月10日文汇报上的批判文章《评新编历史剧<海瑞罢官>》。一是林彪

1。这两个律师表现都不合格，他们刑事的经验完全不能胜任这次辩护工作。律师时候
采访的时候说完全没想到二级误杀成立，最重的就是这一项， 律师的角度看来是没把
重点放在这个控罪， 为什么？难以理解，其他4项都是从属而且是较轻。
2。开枪的原因。定义为机械故障是致命错误。证据证言不等于事实，而是证明接近事
实的可能性。可能性越大，陪审团接受的机会越大。Glock机械故障本来可能性就低，
有没有5%？你要说服大家接受这个不是搞笑吗。
3.关于梁说手指没有放在扳机上。这个其实很好处理，但是竟然没有对梁做心理测试，
没有从心理角度解释为什么梁的证言虽然不一定是事实（Might not be the fact) ，
但是诚实的 (but is honest).
正确的策略：
1- Fact: 梁是Rookie，还在培训期，没有经验应付突发情况， 也没有真实场景中熟练
的对枪支使用的经验。
2- Fact: 那栋楼是Notoriously Dangerous, 有以往的出警记录为证。

Tyrus Wong, the artist whose works inspired the Disney film Bambi, has died
aged 106.
A Chinese immigrant, Mr Wong's vibrant paintings captured Walt Disney's eye
