激活的那种797B 但是公司和他都不知道 公司也没有check他的i9 还一直给他paycheck
。所以从去年十月份他opt失效到现在 属于失去身份而且非法工作。现在正在咨询各种
律师 说法不一。有的说这是unlawful presence 而去因为已经超过180天 所以会有三
年禁令不让入境，而且会影响绿卡申请。有的说这算oos 不算unlawful presence，因
为他以前是F1 D/S。没有三年禁令，但是因为有unlawful work，所以入境如果签non
immigation的visa比如h1b, h4, 会被deny，如果等到我绿卡了他再进来就没有影响。
因为unlawful work不在绿卡的eligibility，unlawful presence才在。 有没有人有类
似经历，有什么好的建议吗？谢谢了！ |

1) emphasize on "it's up to your business group's decision", not "common
practice". most likely your boss is not familiar with company immigation
sponsorship policies, don't let him try to stand aside after hearing things
like "HR said it's a new company rule" and give up the fight for you too
easily;
2) emphasize on it's a verbal agreement at your hiring to start GC at a
specific time (and surely it is now), don't sound like you're blaming

report。实在没得别的可claim。总共写了八个，包括general media三个，（没提我名
字，尤其是人物专访），单位挂靠的学校出个小报纸《某校science》和scientific
journal（其中有两个都算nature的副刊，我不太清楚）算了四个。其实，有几个应该
写在contribution里的。尤其是有一个有是从好几千的文章里挑出来top25技术进展一
类的话。郁闷。当时怎么没看见这句话。
－－你觉得我这个media report听起来如何？
我自己申请里，authorship里还是写了citation，只是没提次数。我可能只有20多次，
08年的一作只有三个citation，还有一个是我老板自引的。所以摘录了其中一个cite文
章里的一部分，不过人家老兄直接写的就是我老板group的文章，我只好把那句话改了
一下。
