求满足的话，应该问题不大。NI的editor比较势利，如果你不是什么大佬的话，除非你
的paper是Nature 水平，否则很难发在NI上。Immunity还好，politics的因素稍微小一
些，好多小lab在上面发了文章。
整体水平还是NI比Immunity高至少半个档次。我当初投Immunity就是因为NI把我的
paper锯掉了。 |

还听说过EGFR epidermal growth factor receptor，这个领域的药是传统意义的

cell therapy好像也挺火，有的公司把病人免疫细胞取出来繁殖后再注射回去，按理说
这也是immune therapy一种吧？
cancer drug以后的发展方向是什么？个人拙见是human genome sequencing廉价后使
personalized medicine成为可能。

警察执法，大家服从，因为有qualified immunity，只对state or federal employees
执行public duty。
如果保安不是state employees （估计看工资从什么地方来）或者不是执行public
duty， 没有immunity。警察下班当bouncer就没有immunity。
另外，qualified immunity不代表可以乱来。如果开车被pull over，警察上来要驾照
，你老昏眼花拿的慢，就给你几巴掌，这是不符合的。
对医生这件事，应该警察首先确认违法什么法律，宣布逮捕，上手铐，再无理移除。
如果只是话不投机，就上武力，根驾拿慢了有什么区别，明显有种族歧视的嫌疑。
至少现在没有一个说医生犯了什么法，需要被武力移除。 |

上大学新生入学体检的时候第一次检查出来，众目睽睽下几个肝感觉阳性的同学给点名
，被校医区别对待了，甚

还是小三阳，姐姐是大三阳的，据说一度变成小三阳，现在不知道。因为美国好像没有
大小三阳的说法。
一直风平浪静的直到怀孕。第一trimester血结果出来以后，产科医生似乎有点紧张。

department给我打电话，说要把我登记在案。让我LG去打肝炎预防针，说小孩出生的几
个小时内得打第一针预防

众所周知，中国虽然是乙肝大国，关于乙肝病毒的研究最发达的国家却是美国。
所以，中国医生嘴里的吃饭不传播乙肝病毒当然是转述自西方流行病研究的成果。但真
要探究吃饭是否传播乙肝病毒，还得考虑以下因素。
1. 目前现代医学的看法是，乙肝病毒携带者唾液里面的浓度远低于血液，所以唾液传
播并不是乙肝传播的主要途径。但注意不是主要途径不代表不是途径。
2. 中国人共餐，几乎每天和家人交换唾液。
3. 最要命的是中国人（包括第一代移民）口腔疾病多，牙齿牙龈有伤口出血是常事，
受感染的几率大增。
所以最有效的途径还是通过打乙肝疫苗，实行分餐。

我在加州，可以依法用基于philosophy或者personal belief的理由拒绝任何疫苗。娃
娃上pre-school一点问题没有。
我家娃娃接受的疫苗只有四种: Hep B, Polio, DTaP, Hep A。 其他被我拒绝的疫苗
和原因如下：

举几个例子，破伤风本身就不是传染病，就不存在“herd immunity”.
乙肝，人群中有大量的携带者，谁不接种疫苗谁倒霉。
美国的肺炎（PCV）、中国的肺结核都还在人群里大量流行。
这些病都是国家想控制，而控制不住的疾病。等到疾病控制住了，也就不在国家强化免
疫的名单里了，那时候，你就可以享受herd immunity了，大家也都享受herd immunity
了。

Mumps IgG Immune Negative
Varicella Zoster IgG Immune Negative
Measles IgG Immune Positive
Rubella IgG Immune Positive
是不是要补上Mumps和Checken pot就行了？
另外当时做一个叫啥Quantiferon TB Gold 的是Negative，但是没有做TB，不知道行
不行。
所以体检就是三针疫苗（假如都要打的话）+一个TB test就完了是吧？ |
