苗应该是乙肝的可能性小，所以可以稍稍放一点点心，甲肝转chronic的可能性很低，
丙肝和乙肝一样是血液和性传播，你俩带孩子应该也不会是丙肝。若真的是甲肝的话，
你们也得自查有否被传染，因为是通过粪口穿的，而宝宝换尿片啥的肯定会碰到一点。
肝炎在小孩子12岁前得一般没有大症状，过了以后就有免疫了。大人得了会有很多症状
比如发烧啥的。如果不是甲乙丙，还应该考虑D和E型病毒，若再不是则应该考虑是否宝
宝有auto immune，这个希望不是，因为auto immune是终身疾病了，不知道啥时候会发
病，也不知道自身对哪一个地方会发起非正常immune的攻击。另外还需要考虑寄生虫，
比如洗澡水或生水入鼻口很容易感染。
希望你的孩子赶紧好起来.....这个转氨酶只是一个标识，需要搞清病因，并复查转氨

，即使在某些人身上不产生抗体，凭借herd immunity，整个population都是安全的。
如果大家都不打疫苗，那有没有抗体对个体就很重要，不能产生足够抗体的人就倒霉了。

but i didn't say bully=disease, so i by no means suggest that immunity is

For TB, some hospital need it anyway to admit to hospital when you deliver
