My first attack against The Bolt with powered tools began with my trusty CH
260 ft/lb impact wrench. I had figured that 260 ft/lb was more than I would
ever see, so I fully expected to have the bolt off in seconds. The wrench

2.6CFM@90PSI， 好像一般的air impact wrench 都需要4-5CFM, 网上调研了一下，
说是空压机的CFM低于impact wrench的CFM requirement，也能用，不过就是持续几秒
就得等着空压机的气压上来，如果空压机的CFM高于air tool 的CFM, 就可以持续用了

还有一次ratchet的头给拧下来了，你可能说我的工具太烂，但是，当我把那个本田ATF
螺丝最后用breaker bar拿下来的时候，那个高强度的四脚母螺丝已经被拧的齿牙咧嘴
了。这个螺丝的扭矩应该是39.我大概用了100多才把他搞下来。
不要太相信数字，camry那个crankshaft螺丝扭矩据说是89，我就240的电动impact，纹
丝不动。据说没400的impact打不开。 |

procedure里有严格的规范，要求impact wrentch只能拧松螺丝，不能拧紧螺丝。你这
种人要在航空工业界这种需要x-ray探伤的行业，早被扫地出门了。
千万别嘴硬，多听听人家的经验。 |

别说转接头了,连impact wrench里面特种锰铬钢做的anvil都打断过,
这锰铬钢的anvil理论强度超过1000ftlb,超过impact wrench极限功率
差不多10倍,但是就这么断了,你说,怎么解释? |

发帖数: 15372 | 20 属实。以前有次在店里换了新轮胎回来拆轮子换闸皮，结果break bar都拧不开，上号
称240lb-ft的电动impact wrench都打冒烟了也打不开，全部螺丝没有一个能打开的。
最后还是去Home Depot买了一根一米多的钢管套在break bar上才拧开的。
轮胎店至少给上到了300lb-ft的扭矩，肯定是气动impact gun随便拧的。

impact driver在马达提供的扭矩不够的时候，会有一个锤子沿圆周切线方向敲击。因
为是瞬间冲击，能产生很大的瞬间力矩。就好像如果你转不动方向盘时，拿个锤子来沿
着转动方向锤击。
impact driver有两个指标，一个是最大扭矩，单位是英寸磅，这个是力量指标。18伏
的工具不是太差，这个数值都在1200以上，这个bosch是1500[1]应当是接近数值高端。
porter cable的是1600[2]。再高的我还没找到。
另一个是每分钟锤击次数，通常是2000以上，这个是速度指标。根据这个bosch的指标
，它的3200次锤击每分钟是同等产品中最高的。[1]
bosch还广告它的耐用性，据说从高处摔下来16次才坏，马奇他2次就坏了[3]。
价格上感觉高出这个牌子的价位，bosch牌子不如低洼和马奇他。
前一阵子90块钱的bosch组合的deal有人收到了么。
