The warranty in MA lemon law says:
cover any defect or malfunction that impairs its safety or use.
Does that impair "use"? I think yes, and the dealer thinks no. I checked

【摘要】急性应激障碍（ASD）又称为急性应激反应（ASR），是对恐怖或创伤事件产生
的心理反应。ASD以急剧、严重的创伤事件作为直接原因，患者在受刺激后立即（1小时
之内）发病。ASD的常见症状是麻木；情感分离；缄默；现实感丧失；人格解体；心因
性遗忘；对经历的创伤事件和思想的重新体验、做梦和闪回；对事件的回避。在这段时
间里，患者存在着焦虑症状和至少一个基本功能的损害。症状至少持续3天，最多不超
过4周；并发生于创伤事件之后的4周之内。
美国精神病学会在2013年5月出版了《精神疾病诊断与统计手册》第5版（DSM-5）。DSM
-5对ASD的诊断标准进行了新的修订。近年来，对ASD的临床研究成为精神病学、心身医
学和临床心理学的热点。根据DSM-5的标准和新的临床研究成果，本文对ASD的病因和发
病机制、临床表现、诊断标准、心理评估、诊断和鉴别诊断、治疗、预防和预后进行了
分析。

1。“雄激素能增强老年人性欲和性能力”，是肯定的：

2。性活动和心脏病关系的研究，基本都局限在心梗；
3。一般人群中，性活动增加心梗发病率是肯定的，但是relative risk 不高；伟哥服
用者，性活动增加心梗发病率则相对严重，而且大部分没合用nitrate；
（1）没见到老年组的研究。
（2）也没见到雄激素补充者的研究---这一组之所以特殊，在于雄激素低减的患者，基
础代谢水平低，心脏功能相对较弱；突然补充大剂量雄激素，再让他风流快活纵欲无度
，更容易出现机体以至心脏的不适应，所以出现更多急性event。就好比一个监狱里关
了几年的犯人，突然给他大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击三天，然后让他去跑马拉松一样的效
果。
4。ED的两大主要机制：
（1）性激素水平降低，需补充雄激素；
（2）penile blood flow impairment，这种情况补充雄激素无效，需用伟哥治疗。这

张纯如精神障碍的正式诊断是抑郁症。根据美国精神病诊断权威标准DSM-5（附件1），
抑郁症是没有妄想表现的。也就是说，如果一个人被诊断为抑郁症，就不应该有妄想表
现。如果一个人有妄想表现，就不应该诊断为抑郁症。
那么确诊为抑郁症的病人是否可以出现妄想呢？回答是肯定的。但是，当一个抑郁症病
人出现妄想症状，原来的“抑郁症”就不再适用于病人。这种情况下就要改变诊断为“
精神病性抑郁症”。这种病人往往同时会出现幻觉症状。相应的治疗和保护措施也要作
出改变。相关学术依据见附件2。
有些人说张纯如有精神病。所谓的日本右翼极端势力对她不断发出暴力威胁其实是她的
妄想。起码从医生给她的正式诊断来看，张纯如没有妄想症状。
