A woman died in a traffic wreck when a driver rear-ended the car she was
riding in early Thursday morning in northwest Houston.
The crash occurred about 5:40 a.m. at 14300 Hempstead near Campbell,
according to the Houston Police Department.
Police said the driver of a gray Ford Focus slammed into the rear of a gray

来美国访学，在纽约州奥尔巴尼一家公寓租了房子。
2室1厅1卫1厨。租金930，不含取暖费。
租的时候，想个1室的，没有，只有2室的了。初来乍到，也不熟悉周边，没去别的公寓
去看，就跟经理看了一下要租的2室房子，美国出租的房子都差不多，啥家具都没有，
就是看看格局。一进门，客厅有点饭菜味，没当回事，进去一会就闻不出来了，看了卧
室、厨房、卫生间，都还算干净，感觉还可以，心想赶紧安顿下来吧。就同意签合同。

Anyway, from intuition, if you expect S&P to have a long L
shape recovery, then the EMA method would eventually be
confused and you have to trade in the bottom for many times
before the trend establishes. That may impair your performance.
If the market recovers in V shape, then it's much better.

to investment asset. Maybe the bank has to take an impairment to the value
of the house based on the current market price.
This is all unrealized loss until the bank sells the foreclosed house.
They are not in a hurry to sell given such a low interests rate. It is
almost free financing. |
