作了再说,还大谈健康第一，不要在乎多少钱之类的，还好我坚持要报价，他们才作罢
。过两天又打来电话说，你的保险不cover implant,还是建议我去作。我觉得蹊跷，查
了保险才知道，是因为他不在network里面。把他们揭穿了，还狡辩说你没问阿。

得行。所以就先洗牙和拔牙，三个月以后才能植牙。可是在我拔牙完了以后看网上的cl
aim, 他们居然同时也claim了 implant tooth, crown等杂七杂八的，一共6000多块。这
个我很有疑问，牙医没做的东西就能提前claim了？
我还想今年用掉剩余的benefits，然后明年再植牙用我的一部分benefits,这下子全年的
都没有了，而且可能还需要自掏腰包。 |

我问credit bureau是个什么单位，就是想知道，这个credit bureau是会跟我确认一下
事实，还是听讨债公司的，直接扣我分。
话说回来，这事儿都是牙医闹的。我2006年发现后面一颗大牙有虫蛀，牙医说要做
crown，做了crown以后还疼。牙医说要root cannel。 root cannel以后半年，发现牙
根裂了。于是拔牙，又做了implant。
为了这颗牙，我花了六年时间，crown花600，root cannel花500，implant花3800。现
在又要付450，还有被扣分。真窝囊！ |

我一颗牙齿需要需要种植，花费大概6千美元，dental insurance只能cover一半左右，
自己要付3000多美元。牙医就跟我说可以试下报medical insurance，说是试着pre-
authorize. 这时我签了pre-authorize的form。过了两个月牙医打电话告诉我medical
insurence会cover一部分，我只要付1000的copay好了。我就去做了种牙的第一步，交
了100copay。结果我昨天收到medical insurence的notice， 这个诊所bill 了
insurence 20，000多根本不是6000，insurence付了10，000多。 而且根本就不是pre-
authorize, 直接bill的，第一次的服务日期是我第一次过去做free dental implant

Natural breasts就算很大，有push up bra，也没有不自然的上沿，是非常的平缓的弧线， 因为脂肪由于重力垂到breasts下部。这张照片里就是。

面的crown 900 还要加一个abutment大概也是8，900的样子。所以整个implant的过程
花了6个月，4000多块。效果很逼真，和真的牙齿感觉没差别，我以前用过一般的crown
，种植牙好多了。如果经济和时间上没问题还是一劳永逸的好。 |

player)
他们那个时候desperately 的想把机器买给我
我当时想要的是high current dual ribbon beam的refurbished的，
被砍价到不行
最后sales manager 说可以让我用refurbished的价钱买一台brand new的
前提是不能说是brand new的
后来某人在和我开始聊的时候第一句话是。。。怎么又是你。。。我汗

治牙龈炎,可是这个牙医说三个牙都死了，需要拔掉，然后植牙。请问什么情况下必须
做implant? 如果牙松动了，根部骨头流失，是不是就没得救，不能根管治疗来拯救？
如果一定需要植牙的话，下面列的价格是否合理？
