come from yourself (autograft).
里面的钉子是越大越好，还是越小越好？（对于第一磨牙来说。）
basically, big size implant is better, however, depending on your bone
volume, otherwise you may need bone grafting
better to be done by speciality, eg. periodontist, oral surgeon, et al. but
experienced general dentist also can place implant.

没有在拔牙后立刻进行bone graft来防止bone
resorption. 在4个月愈合期后没有评估bone resorption状况和牙龈萎缩的后果。
也没有采取gingival graft的方式来补救。最退后一步，PFM还可在cervical 那里用
gingival color porcelain来模仿gingival margin.

general dentist都可以操作。 价钱肯定也会比oral surgeon低很多。implant不是个
很复杂的过程。 你这个价钱之所以这么贵主要就是因为是oral surgeon 来做。
又仔细看了一下帖子。发现是要做sinus lifting. 这个procedure就不是普通的
general dentist能做的了。不过仍然你可以去找pedrio specialist 做，也会比oral

长话短说，移民加拿大， 以前文科专业，全部抛弃，从头开始学新专业。 选了医学放
射专业里的核医学 nuclear medicine, 实习毕业了以后，多伦多附近工作难找，因为
isotope 的短缺，这个分支其实在缩水。 为了尽快得到工作经验，在安省温莎的医院
拿到 cover maternity leave 的一年合约，搬家到那里住了一年。 期间经常去底特律
Shopping,好开心。但是未婚夫在多伦多附近，还得想办法回去。
毕业后立即申请在线的核磁专业，边工作，边继续读。期间因换工作又搬家到里多伦
多更近一些的小镇，但是真是太小了，只有五万人口，虽然这次工作是长期的，但是只
有part time,像这种工作，工资依靠每周做的小时数，part time 每周只有三天，工资
勉强维持生活：（ 但是有请我妈来旅游了三个月，也算尽孝心。

挺好的。
时并没发现什么，所以可以肯定是最近才有的。
个小手术，他们说不 remove 也不一定会影响 implantation，因为这个 polyp 很小，
但是如果 embryos 万一正好在有 polyp 那里就不会成功 implatation，即使是他们做
ET 时避免那个位置也不能保证 embryos 不移到那里，他们不想 "take the risk"。
更好。所以我就要好好养好身体为一个月后的 ET作准备。唉，自我安慰一下吧，呵呵。
上还要去 做ultrasound and bloodworkd，另外和 Dr Schoolcraft 谈作 polyp
removal 的事儿。
remove 掉，所以可能要把 embryos freeze，下个月再回来 ET。如果不把 polyp 掉就

跟这帮自称理科的文科生物wsn实在纠缠不清楚。给丫们上点洋大人自己的说法吧，而

另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的
