这么说吧,根据我的出庭经验,90%的case都会dismiss掉. 所以,一定要出庭!!
为什么会dismiss???
(1) 警察开的罚单成千上万,要是一个个排开来审,法官再增加十个也不够用,24小时开
庭也审不完..所以,一般都要dismiss掉. (当然,这是我的理解和猜测哦).
(2)既然审不了那么多case,为什么还要开那么多票? (A)你的确违章了.(B)为地方增收.

最新一期的IEEE Power&Energy 杂志（Nov/Dec 2011）上有一篇关于中国风能的文章。
可是杂志编辑在文章首页用了一张很大的没有台湾岛的中国地图（看附件），不知道你
们看了有什么感受，反正我是不舒服。所以我就发email给杂志主编表示我的不满，可
是一直没有回应，估计是我人单力薄，所以我希望能在本版上找找人气。
其实我们都知道好多美国人（甚至有些地图）都认为台湾和大陆是两个国家，但是美国
官方向来都只承认一个中国（不管是PRC还是ROC)。我们这些在国外的可能也没什么机
会/能力给祖国出上大力，但有关面子上的小忙还是可以帮的。因此我希望大家能不能
也都给这个主编发发抗议信，至少要求他们承认是编辑上“疏忽”了。主编的Email如

是一辆警车。中间和左边的lane相对空了很多。我开在中间的lane上，时速60mph（GSP

。由于右道很挤，我就打灯换到左道，没想到SB警车也立即换到左道，紧跟在我后面。

其辞说什么“5 mile...construction zone...”我没完全听清楚。该厮拿了我的驾照

比如说39:4-85，在你这个上写的是improper passing on right or off road, 但交规
上估计不是提哪些做法属于improper，而说的是what you should do.
你该把39:4整个section 原文拿来读读，然而看ticket上的section number是哪一条。
一般来说，大概是...should pass ... if ...这种形式。那么if/unless/with/

女儿出生时hearing test fail了）。约的是9点的appt，我开到60街3大道的时候已经
过9点了，我有点急，而且有点紧张女儿的hearing test。我当时在左道，左道是直走
only的，右道可以right turn。当时是红灯，我是左道第一辆车。我在向右道的司机示
意要转到右道的情况后才转到右道的，也就是说我在确保安全的情况下才转过去的，但
是明显已经转到了人行道，当时人行道没有人走路。在转绿灯的情况后我右转了。这是
前方的警察让我靠边停下来。他问我有没有emergency，我说有的，现在开车是去女儿
的appt。女儿的第一次hearing screening fail掉了。他不听，向我要了驾照和保险，
给我开了2张ticket:

第一，我这算improper turn吗？我已经在右道才转的（但是已经过了一些人行道）。

自动亮的，所以没打开车灯就出来了，彩灯闪烁，平生第一次被pull over。警察问我
知道问为什么吗，我真不知道，他告诉我没开灯，把我的驾照等拿走，２０分钟后回来
，开了个罚单，又说我刚才有improper passing，罚８５刀。我看了罚单，没有不开
车灯这一项，估计他找不到那项就把我归到improper passing里了。不知道这样合理
吗？请问我这种情形只能认罚吗？有没有初犯要求waiver或者其他的办法？谢谢。 |

然后必须要出庭？需要请律师吗？我咨询了一个律师 说是没有必要fight back 因为我
没有证据证明speeding那张是我对 然后他说上庭费要250（这个是给court的fee 怎么
IL这么贵）然后因为我是第一次是拿 所以可能把improper lane usage那张dismiss掉
最后她说算下来就是500刀 包括她的律师费 想问问她说的价格合理吗？ 我两张单子每

company作的，他们希望我们一天做出答复，说fix这些东西后.而且即使我们自己做
