Reduced course load - RCL, 顾名思义，减少课程负担，大家都知道，每个学校都有

移民局是一件很费时的事情，需要搜集大量的证据，证明移民局在行为实施上有"
illegal"的行为——注意，不是“improper”，因为移民局在处理案件上是有一定的"
discretion"的，认为他们处理案件的顺序上有“不当”，可以向其领导反映，但不可
以向法院诉讼。这就是so问题上一直难以扳倒奥傻的原因——"improper/unfair but

女儿出生时hearing test fail了）。约的是9点的appt，我开到60街3大道的时候已经

的home inspector的联系方式， 我问他咋了， 他说，他卖房的同时买的那个房子，住
进去以后发现一大堆问题，前屋主没有披露这些问题，home inspector 也没有查出这
些问题，他觉得我帮我的客户找的inspector检查得非常仔细，现在想找我的inspector
去重新检测，然后告他买的房的前屋主和他自己的代理帮他找的inspector。
美国出售的房子大部分是二手房，房屋检测是购房合同中必不可少的附加条款之一。当
买卖双方在购房合约上签字生效后，买主要做的第一件事就是请专人检查房子。检查费
由买主付，一般三五百元，贵的可以到八九百。这里所说的专人分两种，一种是有执照
