Basically, HIGC and Vanilla are the product of this same company Incomm,
from the receipt which included purchase of multiple HIGC cards, company
found one or more HIGCs on that receipt were used to reload MyVanilla, so
they closed his MyVanilla. I don't know what Greendot has anything to do
with Incomm, but Greendot closes Go Bank account easily and frequently, and
independently, no need of any tips from Incomm. Only amex bluebird

对于普通prepaid gift card，上次有大牛在某贴里说过那些scam的人拿个小仪器偷偷
把卡号扫入软件内，等有人买了激活后，这些人第一时间就得到notification就去冲，
这可以理解
但是香草这种要冲入的卡，那些人挖掉一位数字以外除了损人之外，我还是想不明白如
何获利。特别香草是充值卡，要冲入bb，即便这些人用假ssn搞了n多bb，还是很容易被
track down，一旦买家报告incomm，立马封卡（如果scammer还没冲），或者freeze
scammer的bb卡，scammer根本没有时间套现。这点和前面所说普通prepaid gift card
完全不同，那些prepaid gc卡让scammer是可以通过直接买大量物品甚至money order直
接套现的。
退一万步来说，即便scammer有渠道能够短时间内套现，要利用真正买卡的买家充值前
的时间差，可这挖掉一位数字又有什么意义呢？
看过听过很多种诈骗scam后，居然一直想不透这种scam白香草挖号的意义何在

24 HOURS”，但是之后一直不能load到BB上，打了Incomm的客服，说是卡上没有钱，因
为CVS根本没有激活卡，跑到CVS store去，manager表示收据上显示激活了，不能
refund，最后打CVS的客服才解决，一共耗时三个礼拜
另外吐槽下Incomm的SB客服，收到材料3天后才通知我尚未把材料forward给complaint
部门，再2天后告诉我文件过大损坏不能打开，需要重发，你妹的，3MB的文件也过大，
浪费了整整两个礼拜的时间，此外CSR只会不断重复notes上内容，让你等消息，最后没
办法，只能找supervisor解决问题，重点是最后investigate结果是让我找CVS，当时差
点一口血喷出来 |

了。联系客服后，让发各种材料，刚才连夜赶好发过去了。考古了一下，貌似从来没看
到过paypal my cash被盗的案例，以前老的白香草被盗的倒是不少（都是incomm的产品
）。有人有和incomm dispute的经验吗？ |

money is unloaded to. And therefore police (if involved) can get the SSN
that thief used. And what store(Walmart) or bank the thief cashed out the
debit account. |

system upgrade. I guess it's mainly the HIGC fiasco prompted Incomm to urge

一看, 4张白香草. 前天还一张没有, 今天居然就有4张. 心中窃喜 (夹杂着一丝若有若
无的疑惑), 一网打尽, 预计分两次充入AMEX BB.
半小后到家, 立马冲卡. 刮开一看, 2张各只有9位密码. 对着光一看, 各有一位人为被
刮掉了...一种不祥的预感涌上心头, 感觉被人下套了...再刮, 其余2张各有10位密码,
心情稍稍缓解.
只好先把两张密码全的充了. 结果死活都充不上, invalid number. 盯着receipt看,
已激活已激活已激活, 真激活了. 盯着密码看, 密码真的很清晰很清晰...咦, 突然发
现这密码里面怎么tmd有两种"3", 一种是平顶, 一种是弯顶的. 对着光一看, tmd, 绝
对是人为把"8"的左边刮掉一部分, 造了两个弯顶"3"出来, 恰好两张卡里个有一个. 都
换成"8", reload成功...这死骗子,真是人才呀人才.
剩下两张密码不全的没办法了, 额度到了, 即便能试出来, 也充不了. 打卡后电话报案

7-11收银系统禁止cc买3.95fee的白香草而不禁止4.95fee的香草prepaid gc，很有可能
是因为他们卖白香草会亏本，比如3.95抵不上cc交易手续费和incomm收费
要是能用cc白load进1000刀，那肯定亏本的。就算现在能有几家711允许用cc，不出一
个月系统肯定会升级block |

so you have all the receipts, you just can't find the matching receipt for
that particular problematic OneVanilla visa gift card that might not have
been activated properly?
the receipt only shows the last 4 digits of the bar code on the outside
packaging of the gift card, it never shows the number of the actual gift
card.
if this is the case, call InComm and ask for that number, so you can locate
the right receipt. |
