二个月前买了一个房子(当时付的CASH),但当时卖方没有给房产证. 我不知道美国房屋
交易是不是像国内一样有房产证呢? 怎样才能证明房主拥有这个房子的产权呢?
在CLOSING的时候,LAWYER只给了一个Indenture的复印件,上面有原屋主的签名和公证,
上面说了他们TRANSFER这个房子给我. 不知道这算不算是一个房契. 也没有见到原房主
贷款银行任何关于产权转移的文书(原屋主在两个银行有贷款).
不知道这是不是正常? 问了一下我的AGENT,他也说不出个所以然. 只是说我有TITLE
INSURANCE,出了问题有保险公司负责. |

Most of EB2 have stayed here for a very long time, they know we won't give
up easily. They just use GC as a tool to use cheap labor.
