享下。RFE的response其实也就是再重新组织材料，重新写的petition letter.
看到RFE， 我感觉IO根本没怎么看我的petition letter, 所以在准备response的时候
，都时时考虑，如果IO粗略扫一眼的话，他能不能get the point. 所以用了很多下划
线，加粗之类的highlight 关键词。格式上每一项，每一小项都分清楚。那些个比较复
杂的证据，如果不是非常强，宁可不要。

从啥也不懂，到DIY NIW 和EB1A，都是从版上学到了。非常感谢版上提供模板的前辈！
也写点什么吧，20个包子呢！
时间。DIY NIW 5/2012 交的，RFE后10/2012批的，DIY EB1A non-pp 11/
2012交的，RFE后 2/2013批的。
背景。paper 13篇，11,12,13年发的占了3/4，所以交EB1A的时候引用只有
50，虽然现在涨到近100了。Review 无影响因子的，估计有500以上，有影响因子的，
只有十几二几篇。但只提了review 34篇。其它就没了。
Paper。十篇以上就够了吧。剩下的就是说paper怎么牛X了吧。列影响因子
？我才不呢，大多不到两位数。太难看了，而且也花功夫解释影响因子。找了一个
journal ranking数据库。有近两万个杂志的那个。影响因子大于二的一般都在top30%
，大于5的都在top5%。剩下的就说，俺的杂志都发在top5%的杂志上了。Top5%哟！不是

审稿：24，（IF 从25到1不等，9个杂志）
推荐信：5封独立加1封PhD导师（美国、英国、意大利、加拿大和台湾）。
1封主编审稿证明信
1封公司合作者支持信
参考版上的经验，深挖了自己的贡献。做了油灯图，根据关键词索引了自己的文章，列
出了Small Percentage，也总结了引用并应用自己文章的文献。
感觉所有证据都已经用上了，手头上当时多准备了三封独立推荐信预防RFE（以色列、
爱尔兰、美国；美国那封来自工作界；2封编辑证明信）。

不好意思，这个帖子在jobhunting和working版都发过一遍，但是根据我搜索的结果，
关于H1B
的内容最多是在jobhunting，working和各自地区的板块发帖，所以我就这里也发一遍了
天真的我以为抽中了名额就不用担心什么了。跟现在agent的合作除了H1B的申请以外都
是很顺畅的：没有工资拖欠，按时email附上payroll文件，但是关于H1B的事情一直不
顺畅，昨天收到自己fail的消息后就尽可能的收集了很多信息，现在整理如下，希望大
家帮忙分析下。
agent的情况
1. 公司地址在google maps上查了下，一个是居民区门前的荒地，一个是居民住宅区，
都不是商业用地 （不靠谱）
2. 用agent名字去linkedin上搜索了下，跟agent有业务的公司非常有限，就几个公司
，像我这样的合同工多半都在那几个公司。
3. 去myvisajobs查了下，这个agent基本上没有给别人办理H1b的经验，这也解释了为

though meaningless.

never heard back from them. I used the 1" roll and it seemed to be partially
cured as soon as I opened it up - but the package expiration date is 18
months in the future. It isn't pliable, it isn't sticky, it didn't work. It
was very hard to unroll and it wasn't sticky. I used the gloves but didn't
need them - resin didn't rub off, it was already hard. I'm disappointed they

This is not true. Dogs that have a litter before they are spayed are not
better for it in any way. In fact, spayed dogs are at lower risk for breast
cancer and uterine infections.
2. Dogs are sick when their noses are warm.
The temperature of a dogs nose does not indicate health or illness. It also
does not indicate if they have a fever. There is an "old wives tale" that
cold wet noses indicate good health and that warm or dry noses indicate a |
