补充一下背景：
美国phD，毕业后在美国top牛小薄厚，已经两年了。递EB1a的时候是薄厚一年半的事。
那时候文章7，第一作者的只有2，没有CNS文章，citation是逐年增加的（当时是80多吧）
claim publication, contribution, media都承认了
review没有claim，因为当时只有10左右吧，结果也承认了。
推荐信6封。
总的来说我毕业时间不长，文章数目有限，case算弱的。所以totality上不知道具体该怎么加强。现在citation和review
的数目都有增加，还有一片挂名的CNS文章投了很可能会发（当然无法在30天内发出来）。但既然claim的都已经承
认，我是不是就不该再纠缠这些了？记得以前看人说凡认可的表示感谢就好了，多说还多错。

我感觉这位IO没仔细看我的petition，因为给的RFE很大众化。
承认了publication and review，没承认contribution.
引用的话语都似曾在此版见过：比如推荐信没列出具体例子（其实例子很多呀）。
一点没提到我的个别例子。也没挑推荐信上的字眼来质疑。
不知道这种RFE是什么兆头。
是准备在my response to RFE上猛挑刺呢？感觉后背发凉，呵呵。
我就又把推荐信上举出的具体例子拷贝一遍。
也没多少新的证据。可能要2-3封推荐信。实在挖掘不出来了，呵呵。

Review： 26 （7 journals）没有太好的杂志 (IF 2-4)
引用：递交时240+
推荐信：6封，4 independent，一欧洲，一澳大利大，四美国
找了律师，先提交eb1a然后追加pp，一周后收到NOID。IO判断单项满足标准，但
totality不够，NOID notice很长，批判的点比较多，我看不出IO真正关注的是哪一点
或者是每条都不放过，我总结了要点如下，也把原文附在文后了。
Review：
1. 仅有审稿的客观证据不足以证明sustained national or international
acclaim
2. 审稿次数被律师搞错了！

加了四封推荐信（都是引用过文章的人），要了几封editor的信证明是领域top的人才
能被邀请审稿，
最主要的还是要挖料挖料挖料（之前不上心 惨痛教训啊筒子们），然后要在推荐信中
体现， 另外最后决定的回信策略是相当于重写了一遍PL， 而没有针对io逐条反驳（因
为可能就是个模版io拿来贴一下吧）
感觉这个0201还算比较公正，也有可能holiday season了，心情比较好^_^
以上希望可以给大家一些回复noid的参考信息，由于一些原因，更详细内容就不方便写
了，有问题欢迎私信询问！

不是关于绿卡，而是关于工作签证的，第二部分是关于EB类的绿卡，不过这个法案并没
有增加EB类的绿卡名额，而只是允许提前交I-485(交500美元处理费)和签发有效期为三
年的EAD和AP. 这实际上是个很moderate的改革，可惜当时没有通过。现在把法案贴出

这个OFFER又等不了这么久，如果不能2周工作就收回。

有没有什么方法允许我去工作？加急申请H1B还是有什么方法?

看liuyanghe钓Michigan的白鱼报告以及perchman冰钓白鱼的报告，我们也想试试冰钓
白鱼。约上PPlulu, liuyanghe, crazybass 以及shiro，我们一起奔向Green Bay的鲟

周六我们在伊州北部的Bassproshop集合，然后直奔Green Bay。打尖住店略过不细表。
周六冬日暖阳，气温也不错。周日上午气温还行，不过冷锋开始往Green Bay 扑，气温
持续下降。湖面有大风，更是寒冷。
周日早上我们5点多起床，吃了早餐，开到Sturgeon bay接头，然后坐高尔夫电车开往
shack。冰钓小屋不大，一个屋里被凿有四个冰洞。外面冰天雪地，屋里有煤气取暖，
倒是不冷。我们租的semi-guided shack，导钓给我们一些基本的演示。

物学教授罗伯特·伯恩斯坦发表了一封致方舟子的公开信，让这一事件再次升温。
在公开信中，伯恩斯坦教授指责方舟子的《科学是什么》引文抄袭了他的《论界定
科学理论》一文有关内容，并且要求方舟子就此事致歉。
昨日（8月8日），方舟子针对此事接受《每日经济新闻》采访时否认了抄袭的指控
，称在引述时曾注明信息来源，并非剽窃。
方舟子称原作者被误导
今年3月份，方舟子陷入了剽窃风波。指责者称他的《科学是什么》一文在很大程
度上是伯恩斯坦著作有关内容的中文翻译，不仅大量引用相关内容，且很多论点的结构

跟这帮自称理科的文科生物wsn实在纠缠不清楚。给丫们上点洋大人自己的说法吧，而
且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的
