白人还是有正直心敢于说出来的。可是加拿大白人漠不关心，评论很少，1%都不到为梁
说话。然后美国黑人，最开始只有1%认为梁被起诉是因为他的亚裔身份。到今天大约增
加至30%。
不管怎么样吧，这个事件从网上那些黑人的表现看来，他们其实很不够聪明，因为他们
远远低估了华人这个群体可能带给他们的威胁。他们认为，华人是个绝对无抵抗，任人
宰割的群体。所以，尽管他们对主流斗争经验丰富，对什么“divide and conquer”等
等主流社会对少数民族的杀手锏手段都悉数能详，可是他们认为，跟华人就是divided
也没有什么恶果，华人根本不会那他们怎么样。
可是他们没有算计到的是，如果白人主流想要华人怎么样呢？华人未必见得就不会没有
胆量干。证据就是上次刘警官葬礼本来华人完全可以把事情搞成种族对抗的。
这次我一看他们最终还是起诉了梁，看样子他们是没有什么道德，没有什么聪明的了，
只好把刘警官葬礼他们本来可能遭遇的一幕给他们讲述了一番。我的意思是，本来我们

，白人。值得注意的是这次活动亚裔团体里好像少了上次看到的不少南亚人。上次照片
里看到他们，他们还写文章说他们深肤色所以同情黑人。
去的黑人不多，值得注意的是黑人进一步分化了，那个女黑人活动家 Ty Black不仅没
有去，还反对了被他们批评。
媒体反应很低调，都客观简单报道。特别值得注意的是评论的稀缺。最多是在雅虎上，
然后再NPR上。这就是我们斗争的成果，否则他们很嚣张。现在看来，不会有什么很糟
糕的结局了。

发帖数: 1621 | 20 从defense strategy来说，的确用错了。以前的案子基本上都不会被grand jury
indict。如果全部被起诉进入诉讼程序的话，警察杀人被判刑的先例肯定一早就有了。
所以在grand jury vote for indictment的时候，就要么早早接受plea bargain，要么
想别的defense strategy了。
从梁警官的表现看，我觉得extreme emotional distress很可能会work，当时的环境太
容易让一个新手警察心理崩溃了。如果他之前有看心理医生就最好了。 |
