energy to the food in the pan. Compare that to gas, which converts a mere
38 percent of its energy, and electric, which can only manage roughly 70
percent.
18,000 BTU相当于5275W的热量，但是如果算上效率，电磁炉就高过gas了。
举例：我的灶台由于比较特殊（直角拐弯的），只能用2个眼的。同一个品牌的两种产
品：
电磁：2300W (with 3,150 W boost) x 80% = 1840W
gas： 12000BTU x 38% = 1336 W
对于我的选择来说，电磁的火力会更强些。 |

早上去见OB
内检之后啥都没说
逼问之下才说头冲下了入盆了
但是没有开指
似乎对我非常失望的样子
量宫高的时候喃喃自语道宝宝大概六磅到六磅半的样子
然后就走了
之后护士说OB让她帮我Schedule下个星期二去做Prostaglandin gel insertion and
induction of labor
然后星期三去做Indcution of labor only
护士还一脸雾水地问我为啥没到Due Date就要做着个阿？
我说医生也没有跟我说啊。。。
我连着是啥都不知道。。。
好在星期一还约了另外Ultrasound和见另外一个OB
之好倒是后再问问在跟医生商量商量了
还是希望等到due date在见宝宝的
让他在肚子里多长长
想问问宝宝版的妈妈有没有类似经历的
大概是怎么回事啊？
虽然我是糖妈
但是血糖一直控制的还行
宝宝的个头也不算太大
三十六周的Ultrasound说是45%, 五磅多的样子
能不能不催产阿？ |

LD 刚刚SUNDAY was due date. Monday 见了医生:
宝宝 heart rate 150/min, cervix 1.5 to 2 cms. 但是医生想周四就induction.
请问可以选择再等一下吗？ 另外有么有什么方法 如何自然地让他出来？ 医生说
walking is not positively correlated to labor.

确实大家经验是对的，越拖后越容易麻烦.
My wife denied 40+4 induction and her water broke on wk 41+2,
but stayed in the delivery for 2 days and from 4cm to 7cm was a very long
and painful night. After pitocin and epidural got her to 10cm, she decided
to turn off epidural to feel the pain to push,which is AMA; Cesarean would
have been doctor's choice. Luckily we got our baby vaginally and realized
that his size might be the culprit: he was almost 10 lbs (9 lbs 15.4oz TBE).

发帖数: 836 | 31 基本情况是这样的，身高181, 体重189磅，但是脂肪比较多。目标是cut到165磅，然后
增重肌肉。从上个星期一开始阿氏，每天的碳水主要是下面几个来源：
两小杯咖啡的heavy cream, 2g
几片ham, 4g
四到五杯的蔬菜，8g
一小把杏仁或者花生，8g
另外嚼两到三块sugar alcohol的口香糖，一共有６g, 但是糖是0, 不知道是不是该算。
除此之外没有任何碳水了。略微超了２０g的量，不过我觉得还好，如果120磅的女生都
可以用20g做上限，那我190磅吃20多克，可能因此造成的血糖浓度变化比她们还小些。
第一天induction, 差点晕过去，吃了好几磅的鸡蛋肉，肚子涨的不行了，还是有严重
的低血糖感觉，忽冷忽热冒虚汗。三天之后，感觉适应多了，除了体力稍差，没有任何
其他不适，甚至感觉白天工作的精神状态比原来还好。所以自以为身体已经知道怎么利
用脂肪了。可是用ketotix测试，总是在介于15和40之间，就是small和moderate之间？
这样算数吗？还是应该从现在开始严格的zero carb把它变成紫的才行. |

24h DOX Induction, then 3 days Drug treatment with DOX.
至于蛋白量需要WB 检测。但是MTS显示了我预期的结果。显微镜下也看到了细胞形状的
变化(Apoptosis/cell death)。
Negative control and shRNA knockdown 在细胞viability上有着显著的差异！

electronically connected". For the case I mentioned, I paralleled the two
single windings in the transformer as the primary side. Now the current goes
through these two paralleled windings. Are these two windings "coupled" or
electronically connected?
