发帖数: 605 | 47 人总要有一个indulge自己但是又有益的事情, 才不会乱想. 不然光想做"有用功", 实际
却大片时间无所事事, 而且感觉自己还是无聊, 这就好比吃了大量的垃圾食品, 但是不
长肌肉, 想锻炼, 晃荡两下就累了. 如果没有一个坚强的意志, 或者没有一个"有趣"的
锻炼机会, 那么练出好身材永远都是梦想.
其实我觉得好的友谊和婚姻都属于这一类, 跟自己的朋友和亲人说话等等就是"indulge
"而且有益的. 孤单的人容易瞎晃荡, 瞎想, 却没进步, 只能靠自己的意志. 我觉得药物
在这方面作用估计也不会大的. |

病起来的时候就难上加难了。。
