生检查认为耳朵没问题，让回家观察。回家后还是发低烧，今天傍晚又去了一次urgent

fine.具体也不清楚。
宝宝没有感冒，也没见她抓耳朵。所以我怀疑医生诊断有误。给开了阿莫西林，让吃10

上次有两个医生诊断都不一致，一个说宝宝舌头有thrush，开了药。我们认为没有，两

回来吃了一次，结果第二天就没烧了，药就一直都没吃了。这两天宝宝老是很疲劳的样
子，从幼儿园回来就老给我说要睡觉。怎么能判断它的耳朵还有没有问题呢？要不要继
续吃药呀？ |

My kid was the same when he was young. A cold or a flu was ALWAYS followed
by a Mid-ear infection. We have been to ER or walk-in clinics more often than to
the Malls!
He turns out okay, with excellent hearing and speaking abilities.
Of course, this is only one example. |

遇到的医生很变态，非让吃药，不吃药还给写了拒绝吃药的评语。
不想换医生再花钱，如果latent TB infection 可以的话就这么交了。 |

直接让做x-ray。x-ray是阴性，医生在表格上填的是class b，latent TB infection。
注释里面说我有阳性历史，但没有任何症状并且来美国已经大于五年。现在不需要任何
treatment，建议以后跟家庭医生follow up。这样的表格会有问题吗？在网上查了半天

1. 刚体检完，TB皮试是positive，chest x-ray是normal，医生在TB那一栏填的时
CLASS B, LATENT TB INFECTION，在remark里写的时建议treatment。这种情况有问题
吗？和医生说我们是打的BCG疫苗所以才positive TB test，可是医生坚持要写
treatment recommended。
2. 在PART2 summary of finding勾的是B. CLASS B Conditions。这有问题吗？我们现
在应该怎么办？这会影响485批准吗？我们需要再找另外的医生看看吗？

下面说说我们是怎么处理SUMMER的CLAW INFECTION的，希望对版上其他朋友有点帮助。
首先是清洗污渍，我们给他洗了澡，爪上的poop和litter的混合物泡软了以后用蘸了双
氧水的棉签清洗掉。
然后是给伤口消毒，继续用双氧水清洗创口，直到伤口不冒小气泡了位置。
接下来是上药，用棉球给伤口上抹了云南白药（再次感谢苑苑同学）。
最后是包扎，先用纱布包好，再用pet专用的bandage固定住，最后再用一点医用胶带粘
住bandage的endpoint。
包扎的时候因猫而已，一开始包的比较紧，SUMMER都不愿意前爪着地，一直用俩后爪站
着做袋鼠状。。后来我们放松了一点bandage才好一点。 |
