“还是听那个PI说，有人把免疫系统分为两大分支，一支负责监视寄生虫病原体什么的
，另一支和过敏啥的相关；这两分支相互平衡。最近有报道有人在过敏还是哮喘患者体

大便的具体次数，是否水样，有无粘液，便血，大便的颜色，量。 有无发热，腹痛。
具体用了那些消炎药。还是应该看医生检查，随访。甲硝唑 500mg 口服 一日
三次 一共10-14天也可以。
帮贴一下基本的病人的教育材料，反复感染是很有可能的。勤用肥皂洗手，
补充益生菌能够预防。

说是6个月有四次ear infection就达到装耳管的标准。因为要麻醉，我们一直不太想装
，认为熬到两岁就会好了，现在22个月了，上周又一次ear infection了，（其实儿医
没有100%确定，因为我们ear wax很多，没有看的很清，儿医排除了其他原因，鉴于我
们以前频发ear infection的历史，认定是ear的问题）。
现在决定去装了，定了两周后。上来问问大家。
1） 这个装耳管一定要两边一起吗？因为我们好像每次都是右耳比较严重，左耳有时有
，有时就没有。我们是只装一边呢，还是两边都装，以防下次还得麻醉一次。这个我们
肯定是要和医生再讨论的，只是现在自己想先了解一下。
2）听说这个有时候会自己掉出来，我们需要特别小心吗。需要自己买个像医生那样的
电筒经常check吗，在网上看了有几十的，能看清吗？用这个以后自己能初步判断有没
有发生ear infection吗？

不知道是不是mmr+flu shot太强了，礼拜四打的，礼拜六就发croup住了院，当时是呼
吸都困难了，医生说是virus infection，给了类固醇的药。礼拜天discharge，回家还
是不好，昨天又去了ER，在ER发烧100.6，现在中性粒细胞（neutrophils）跌到100，
正常值是1300-7500，免疫系统很弱，病房门口贴条说让进出都洗手，有病戴口罩。医
生跟我说，这种是rare case， 一般小娃打了类固醇，很快就会好，现在5天都没好，
而且还发烧，情况不大好。而且今天的血指标比昨天还低，明天会让血液专科的过来看。
我当时眼睛就红了，医生一走，对着还蹦蹦跳跳的娃就哭了，女儿看见我掉眼泪，眼睛
瞪得大大地看着我，然后做小眼睛朝我笑，拿着故事书给我让我讲。
当时就想，要是娃有点什么事，我也不要活了。只要她好起来，让我怎么都行。

paper. Non of them are convinced enough. Hepatocarcinoma cell can
definitely bind the glycoprotein of HBV (tons of references) and some papers
claimed that low percent of epatocarcinoma cell could be infected by HBV.
