are stuck too until 59 1/2. It's SPARE MONEY and 0% interest is not stuck.
If you want to call it inflexibility then it is fine with me. I am glad my

a set method to "do math". It works and they get answers, but they didn't
understand anything.
Those questions are very easy if you don't try to use your old method to

领导的移民小组29日公布一份报告说，美国的经济竞争对手正在寻求扭转人才外流的局
面，把在美国的本国科学家、工程师和企业家吸引回国。在这些国家当中，表现最为积
极的是中国。随着各国试图说服已经在美国扎根的技术娴熟的人士回国创业，在人才战
方面，美国正面临着激烈的竞争。此外，报告还批评美国的移民制度“缓慢、不灵活，
与美国的劳动力需求不同步”。报告称，由这种制度造成的经济创伤阻止了外国人在美
国的投资，阻碍了拥有高等学历的外国学生留在美国。
据了解，中国政府两年前启动“人才发展”计划，旨在将在海外工作和学习的中国人吸

议院议员们来自白人主导的选区，因而这些众议员只关心白人的利益，对移民改革没有
兴趣也没有动力：共和党没有赢得总统大选，但是他们在众议院还是多数。他们有可能
会投反对票，或者议案根本不会被投票。
感觉众议院下星期的表态很重要。共和党参议员们更关心移民改革，一部分原因他们其
