去年11月递的485，刚刚收到RFE要求打influenza。打电话给USCIS得到的答复是，485
体检没有要求必须打influenza，但必须按照RFE的要求来做。打给体检医生，说是今年
1月份刚刚改的要求，把influenza放到了要求的项目里。到底哪种说法靠谱？有人有经
验吗？多谢指导! |

我也没有Influenza，医生写了年龄不适用
希望没有关系
很多人说是最新规定，可是我至今也没有看到那里有，反而找到了年龄不适用的规定
大家可以看到19岁-49岁根本没有Influenza要求

再USCIS 693 instructions写的很清楚在flu season, influenza is REQUIRED.如果你
不打，那是你自己的事，医生才不管呢，管的应该是review your case的给你批绿卡的
officer吧。 |

，没准是继发的。抗生素对strep throat应该很管用。这些非处方中药不管用。 |

这几天猪流感闹的人心惶惶，顺便把流感给复习了一下，总结一下，抛砖引玉。
Influenza virus属Orthomyxoviruses，有envelope, SS,linear, segmented RNA. 共
有8段RNA，可发生重组叫做reassortment, 造成疫苗失效，全球大流行。这会猪流感就
是猪influenza virus的RNA分段和人的virus重组了，产生一种新的病毒。
Influenza分为influenza A和influenza B, 常见的是influenza A.
influenza virus 编码两种抗原，hemagglutinin 和 neuraminidase。就按照这两种抗
原的不同给influenza A分类，如这次的猪流感就属H1N1.
influenza的治疗主要有2类药：

站只公布了至2月22日全国因流感死亡的18岁以下人口（influenza-associated
pediatric deaths）的数字，是125人。
这个页面https://www.cdc.gov/flu/weekly/#S2有各个州具体通报的链接，但每个州统
计口径不尽相同。各州都报influenza-associated pediatric deaths，除此之外有报
Pneumonia and influenza (P&I) death的，如TX、FL，有报influenza-associated
deaths的。influenza-associated deaths才是通常理解的流感致死人数，因为肺炎死
亡有其它各种原因，而且P&I death要多得多，如TX有2650人，FL也有两三千，全国加
起来只怕有四五万。
