我觉得这个counterfeit 用词不对吧。 OEM的不能叫counterfeit的吧？
另外信里提到 "correct copy of the payment detail in attached hereto as
Exhibit D", 整个里面都没找到这个payment copy.
是不是ignore 这封信，还是友情回个Email说有retail store的receipt/invoice？

假设grant 总额是三十万刀，那么你拿到手的是300,000 / (1+52%)=200,000
你一年要charge 自己两个月summer pay, 大概是 20,000 + 20,000*0.25 (benefit,

颇似刀一年工资 $45,000 (我校不幸在高消费地区）＋45,000 *0.25 = 56,000
再假设你一年要他开会，配办公家具，配电脑再 ＋4000， 就是 60，000
那么一年人工就要 85，000 ，你一年做实验怎么也得花个 15，000，就是总共100，
000
所以 三十万刀也就够雇一个 颇似刀 两年。

基金来源。刚入学的时候应该都签过Intellectual property的协议。教职就更是了。
申请专利必须也只能通过学校。除非有明确证据和在学校的工作无关，或者没有
conflict of interest。比如做软件的发现了一个新药。其他2.3.4可以找学校相关部
门咨询一下，或者找专利律师咨询。5的话当然有问题了，牵扯到infringing，要负担
法律责任。专利的意义就在于公布你的发明以换取法律的保护，别人不可以用同样方法
获取商业利益。
这个问题不是想当然的怕通过学校麻烦，是有很严重的法律后果的。 |
