2. 目的: 对方责任的情况下, 如果只赔车损加 medical bill,
绝对是不公平的, 因为车是修不到原来的 value 的,
加上突然事故造成的各种不方便, 对方绝对应该赔付
额外的损失.
另外, 因为是小事故, 所以不推荐请律师, 一是请
律师不一定容易, 二是考虑律师也要分钱(小事故能
打下来的钱本来就不多).
3. 说明: 提供一个方案而已, 如果自己觉得请律师更好,或者
干脆认为自己太面,不愿意找麻烦,不在乎那几千块钱
赔偿,看到这里就可以了.
另外,这里只说 bodily injury, 至于车损属于

Up to half of regular runners report an injury each year. Some injuries
are traumatic, but most are due to overuse and many of these involve the
knee. The most common diagnoses include: patellofemoral pain syndrome,

车上四个人，后排两个朋友没系安全带，一个朋友手碰肿了，一个朋友胸口撞了一下有
点肌肉拉伤；我和LD在前排系了安全带，膝盖碰青了一点。
是辆02年的旧车，没买collision和comprehensive, 只买了Geico的liability之类的。

方车很小一个dent。对方一个人。当时说没事，就走了。没有留witness。也没警察，
因为太minor了。估价对方出来，200块钱修车。

对方美国人，这么这样。我们被其他车撞了2次，都没有claim过body injury。一次我

和他的朋友都下车了，男司机看着没有任何问题，还和我聊天。女的报警，抄写我的保
险，还有拍照，看着也没任何问题。并且追尾是直接撞到bump, 他的2009 forester 的
bumper 也就是部分变形了，没破裂和脱落。
两天之后收到自己的保险公司电话通知我说他们claim injury，说要录音，讲述当时过
程。我也如

我现在Bodily Injury Liability 是30w per accident or 30w per person. 也不知道
够不够。。
现在非常担心他们终生残疾之类的。。这样我不是要倾家荡产了？。。。

，上了救护车被送去了emergency department，医生检查后万幸没有骨折，当天就出院
了，医生交代自己多观察几天。 接下来是Medical bills了，我的车险没有保我自己
的Med coverage，但是我有个人单位上的医疗保险。 这些ER费用和救护车费用，是不
是要我自己去file body injury claim 去对方保险公司拿钱付了？ 我感觉后背还是有
些sore，是不是也可以去找chiropractic先看着，以后也能被body injury claim

本人2008年9月6号不小心骑自行车在一个parking lot和一个bmw碰了，后来去了医院检
查，没发现啥大碍，事后找了个中国律师所来搞我的injury claim的事情，那个律师就
让我去做了几次physical therapy之类的，后来的事情我也不清楚，只是后来律师告诉
我说和对方保险公司商量的结果就是说对方保险公司坚持认为我要承担70%（还是50%忘
了）的责任把，所以最终只能赔挺少的一点钱，我也不知道具体多少钱，反正我怕麻烦
而且平时自己的事情太忙，又觉得估计没多少钱，但总该能大概cover我的medical
bill就行了把，所以就后来也没去管了，不过律师也没再联系提醒我（他们觉得钱太少
，没啥赚头，后来态度都变得不好了很多），渐渐我也忘了这事情，结果今天收到对方
保险公司的信2封，1封是说我的律师给他们发信说不再代表我for 我的 cliam。 另1封
是提醒我说我的body injury claim有2年的时间限制，到今年9月3号以前我都可以file

Rockets center Yao Ming’s comeback suffered another devastating setback
with a stress fracture found Thursday morning in his left ankle.
The injury is not in the same area as the previous stress fracture, but
it is a major setback.
Tests taken after his Nov. 10 sprained ankle and subsequently did not

Lions tight end Joseph Fauria missed Sunday’s game against the Jets because
he suffered a sprained ankle — not on the field, but in his home.
Fauria said today that the injury happened while he was on his stairs,
running to try to stop his three-month-old dog from urinating in the house.
His dog is named Little Rufio.
