presumed innocence 不是一个判决，它只是处理过程中所需要遵守的一个假设/原则，
i.e.，刑事诉讼处理原则。就好像碰到一个外星人，处理过程中假设它是具有敌意的，
presumed hostility，所以必须做好一切安全防范。但这不是判决，他是不是真的具有
敌意，proven hostility，必须经过一个求证的过程，一个本着 presumed innocence
的原则的处理过程。

几点感想（不针对任何人）：
1. 版上有个不太好的风气，就是guilty until proven innocent, 而不是innocent
until proven guilty. 以前也很多例子，最后证明绝大部分都是误会。
2. 有些看客特别热衷于挖别人的隐私，还进行私下交易。这个是不可取的，而且所谓
的隐私你能保证不会张冠李戴吗？反正对谁都不好。
3. 在版上搞ebiz, 没啥前途，而且这里迟早会出大问题的。能不做，就不做。能不来
这里，就不来。
