P90X+还要大点儿，是不是？P90X+感觉设计上有点儿粗糙？
另外，你是怎么Hibrid P90X/Insanity的？我的感觉是用plyo cadio和max inteval
plyo之类的来取代plyometrics，然后用pure cardio/cadio abs和max cadio之类的来
取代kenpo X？但似乎P90X的resistance training还是更系统和全面也更侧重一些，
Insanity还是主要疯狂的跳和cadio类？而且P90X的Yoga X是不是也比Insanity的
recovery类好一些？感觉Tony要比较old school。 ：-）

ME3 hardcore 到 insanity的难度提升没有ME2那么明显，ME2到insanity个个怪都有防
护，adept直接哭了，ME3就是加血加盾的强度和攻击力而已打法不变。ME2的insanity
怪加攻也很明显，我只要从掩体露个头2秒内必定爆盾，ME3的insanity露头2秒盾还能
剩个20－30%，加上能满地滚存活率要高很多。另外hardcore用infiltrator基本无难度
，除了brute和banshee和Atlas，其他普怪都能隐身stasis bubble爆头一枪毙命 （
insanity难度下怪有防护的话无论攻击力多少都要两发才能杀掉稍微麻烦一点） |

的而不是个
数。
值得一提的是Yoga，是很重要的一部分，也是Insanity 里没有的。yoga X 一定不要
Skip.
在Insanity 中，几乎每一项都有 Cardio， 这也是它其作用的原理， Cardio 是用来
燃烧脂肪
的。就像职业运动员一样，他们之所以每个人都有完美的身材，主要是在于他们每天的
训练都是大量
Cardio 为主， 所以身体基本上不储藏什么脂肪。
P90X 没有想 Insanity 里用了大量的cardio， 但是在Double 的plan 里面则有交代。
使用Insanity 中的 一些 Cardio 来加快减脂 是可以的，但是P90X/P90X+ 里面对各部
分肌肉
的锻炼应该是更到位一些。

如果你PlyoX能跟上DVD上那个Dominic的速度的话，练Insanity就没有任何

个人感觉insanity比p90x要更专业，更有针对性
首先是教练，Shaun T没有Tony那么多废话，每个动作之前会有一个演示，讲一下要点
。这个对家里跟着练的很重要。还有一个小细节就是做很多reps的时候，Tony在还差五
六个结束的时候总要说话，我感觉很打断我那一口气。而Shaun T就很有节奏感，让你
不知不觉跟着他一直做到最后一个rep。
然后是做练习的人，insanity没有p90x那么牲口，属于跟着练几周就能赶上的普通人。
p90x虽然貌似区分了一下高中初级学员，但是即使那个初级的也高出我好几条街去。比
如ab ripper x，或者yoga。一个program你让群众稍微努力一下能跟上比较有成就感，
你搞太高端了，不好follow。
还有具体动作编排。insanity就是一门心思hiit，蹦蹦跳跳也好，俯卧撑也好，低强度
，高频率。每天的动作很有连续性。p90x里瑜伽要加一段腹肌。腿和后背那天要做引体
。不是说不能做这些，但是每天这1小时感觉总可以挤出去一些水分，再有针对性一些。

发帖数: 7725 | 31 上礼拜日本回来，周四才拿到，周五开打的。目前网战不到10盘，insane通关，单机所
有成就全解。
作为冷饭，这次UE做得还是很用心的。大部分cg都重新制作，镜头与原版有所不同，只
是台词剧本依旧。场景也基本是重新制作，而非改换贴图。操作方面有稍许区别的是，
当你在掩体后站起射击，如果被对方击中，有一定的概率被击后退，即当放开lt，你已
不是掩体站位，而是正常站立了。
战役方面，个人感觉比原作简单了许多。可能当时我是单人通的insane，这次主要是
coop。印象中我和路人从act2开始一路到act5 chapter2，似乎没有fail过一次。除了
分开路线无法救人的战斗，insane难度下除非被版子直接轰成渣，一般情况下被击中不
再是直接死，而是爬着等同伴来救，而且也没有解救时间限制，也不会被二次攻击而死。
最后raam一战相当简单，只要一人带弓和狙，另一人带狙，基本都可一次过。我周末无
聊帮了5个路人过了insane raam，有2次双方都没爬过。
对战的感觉又回到了原作1代的感觉，散弹枪远距离杀伤力以中央为主，近距离一枪挂
