，有tenure 制度，大多还是要自己找钱才能扩大自己的研究团队和范围。否则只能养
活自己，或者给别人打工。长久了，拿不到tenure（当然也不是所有research
institute都有tenure制度），就要走人。 |

当然这个单位在 Texas Medical Center 里面，所有的（包括很高端的）资源又都是有
的。这是因为Texas Medical Center 里面不同 Institutes之间有agreement可以相互
资源共享。 |
