但是不想现在做胸透，是否只能等生完孩子再胸透完了才能拿到693？移民局网站上写

share 一下我的律师建议的解决办法。
我就是带上驾照，护照， 就的797 form, 新的H1B extension receipt notice 去DPS.
1. 告知工作人员你的工作签证办理未批复， 然后驾照马上过期
2。 工作人员会登记你的资料， 然后告诉你要1-3 周时间才拿到SAVE 的结果 （结果
会寄到家里）； 有最近半年的出入境记录的话， 据说在DPS 输入资料后会有马上批复
的。
3。 我等了三周 （因为三年没有回国了），拿到批复再去。DPS, 然后给我临时续了8
个月的驾照。
本人在德州。不知道其他州也可以用这个办法不。

每年四月十五是报上一年税的deadline. 联邦税州税还有你的local税。这里谈的大多是联邦税的问题www.irs.gov。州税自己到state treasury dept网站上查.每州的制度都不一样,个人的州税问题请先自己查。
学校应该给你提供W2和1042.W2上有你的收入信息填各种税时attach上,1042上有你扣除的treaty的5000和免税的 fellowship。treaty大意就是中国学生的非服务性的scholarship免联邦税，收入的前5000免联邦税。你的学费如果由学校免去你 不需要为这笔waiver而交税(W2上不应该有你的tuition waiver)。如没有这两张表,或者上面情况有错误，应该早早问学校payroll交涉。

big 5 店小二不看绿卡，要求出示任何州颁发的hunting license 或者 attorney
general 的什么letter.
添的表格有个tricky问题，问如果你非移民签证入的美国，是不是 fall in the
exceptions defined in instructions. 我大概读了 exception,基本是外交官，执法
人员之类。所以回答了no.
店小儿说选了 yes 需要hunting license. 选了 no 需要 attorney general letter.
我没有这些东西，白跑一趟。
回家后下载网上表格仔细研究。

实际的处理器中，没有哪个2-3 GHz的处理器是single issue, in-order的了。
要解也很简单，CPU time = # instructions * CPI * clock cycle time，分别对ALU
，memory和others做计算，再求和。
Reduces the number of memory instructions by 50%的意思是，在Techium 4上执行
程序运行时有10 billion memory instructions。在Techium 5上，因为指令集变了（
编译器也变了），源程序相同，执行程序变得不同，执行程序运行时memory
instructions的数目减少到了5 billion了。

rdtscp 不是 full serialize instruction.
你去读一下 Intel 手册， rdtscp 保证读 TSC 的时候前面
的全部 instruction 都运行完了。 但是不保证没有开始运行
后面的 instruction. 因为 Intel 的 CPU 是 out of order
execution。 你相当与把 rdtscp 后面的循环也算到 work（）
里面了。
建议你读一下 Intel 的这个文档，特别是第 16 页关于 rdtscp
的误差。你应该用 CPUID 来 full serialize instruction。

银行业者，对其抑制资本外流的相关指令保密，并确保研究分析师不要对外发表关于人
民币前景的"负面"观点。报导援引业内人士指出，当局的上述做法应是为了避免引起公
众的警觉，阻止人民币汇率进一步下跌。
人民币兑美元去年贬值超过6%，目前处於八年低点，促使中国国家外汇管理局推出一连
