485。
可是她又打算暑假6月底开始去实习（已经拿到offer）。
现在我们不知道怎样做最好：
一方面，file 485后不能她再申请CPT，否则等于又重申了自己的非移民身份，485会自
动被拒。
另一方面，如果她file 485后，实习用工卡，那她的F1自动失效，就只有AOS状态，不
知道对实习结束后回学校会不会有影响。而且万一将来被REF，拿不出合法身份，我又
怕有问题。
我在想，是不是现在趁她还没file 485，去学校申请CPT,然后再file 485. （这样会不
会对485
的申请就没有影响了？）。
然后如果实习之前没有拿到绿卡，那就用CPT身份去实习，而不用工卡。这样她就可以
保持F1身份？
重点是，如果这样操作会不会还是对485的申请有影响呢？
我的律师说提交485之前的30-60天之内不要有F-1的动作，否则485申请会被拒：

曲折的绿卡申请经验来回馈本版。主申请人是h4，材料学PhD，弱case，申请时引用刚
过百，好几家律师行不接，后来因为有几个朋友成功DIY140，并把材料无私分享给我们
外加充当场外智囊团，所以决定DIY并顺利批准。但第一份485 DIY被拒，第二份485找
了律师近期批准，顺利从本版毕业！
时间线如下：
2016/07 递交140, NSC, 十天后pp, pp后一周内批准
2016/07/26 第一次递交485（赶在8月排期前）
2017/02 收到rfe，质疑主申请人"intent to continue to be engaged in his field
of extraordinary ability".
2017/04 参照版上经验回复rfe
2017/05 第一份485被拒，拒绝理由为递交材料不足以“establish his intent to
continue to be engaged in his field of extraordinary ability".

I-140 approved with Consular Processing though in USA Like this thread?

My I-140 was approved in PP but though I was in USA my attorney choose
Consular processing. How difficult it is to change from CP to AOS as I am
really worried about my next employment opportunity as I may be current in

我又看了一遍原文
If the Form I-140 has been approved and the Form I-485 has been filed and
remained unadjudicated for 180 days or more (as measured from the form I-485
receipt date), the approved Form I-140 will remain valid even if the alien
changes jobs or employers as long as the new offer of employment is in the
same or similar occupation. If the Form I-485 has been pending for less than
180 days, then the approved Form I-140 shall not remain valid with respect
to a new offer of employment.
