信息并不准确。这里结合我收集的信息以及身边人的实际示例集中回答一下。
1. 保持绿卡的条件？
保持绿卡的条件集中一句话就是still maintain the intention to live in US，也就
是说你离开美国的trip的nature是temporary的，你仍然把US作为生活的主要地方。这
句话像很多法律条文一样，有很大的解释余地，它把判断你是否还有intention to
live in US的权利交给了边境检查人员。具体下来，如果你在美国有房产，有直系亲属
（配偶、孩子），有公司，有工作，这这都是你的strong tie，可以作为你在想在美国
生活的重要证据。有了这些，你能否被判断为有intention live in US，不敢保证，但
概率会更大。
2. 保持绿卡跟在美国的居住时间有关系吗？
简单讲，就是没关系，但前提是你每1年内回美国一次。如果离境超过一年，就会比较

你忘记了一个关键词intent.... 你在交485的时候，你有没有想为employer继续卖命的
intent？同时，你的emloyer有没有想继续剥削你的intent？有的话，这是genuine
intent。你就万事大吉了。你的第一条说的对，绿卡是针对未来职位的，你光考虑了自
己遵守诺言了，雇主会不会也遵守诺言一直给你留着这个职位呢？
只要你交完485还未雇主工作180天以上了，就是in good faith了，事实上每个老中基
本都会大于180天的。这个拿绿卡后再工作180天的说法，没有官方说法，传的多了就成
了规矩了...
关于5年后的归化问题，我不清楚，也没听说过因为任性换工作就不给归化了。

发帖数: 836 | 6 拿到绿卡换工作这个问题我原来做过一些研究，结论是马上换未必会有麻烦，但是等六
个月最保险。因为绿卡是基于future employment，就是说你交I485的时候，应该是
genuinely intended to work for the sponsoring employer。但是因为是intention,
所以你开始真心实意地想为他工作，后来改变了想法，也是人之常情。移民局以前有
过所谓0-3-6的原则判例，就是说拿到绿卡等0个月换工作，就是马上换工作，你需要证
明当初交485真的是有good intention；等3个月换，那就是快了点，但是也需要解释一
下；等6个月，基本就没啥问题了，因为一个正常人在6个月内改变intention也是正常
的。
我认为你的大问题是拿到绿卡后工资没有达到PERM上的工资，这个东西不像intention
是比较虚的东西，工资是个数字，没有达到就是没有达到，没啥可解释的。我觉得你应
该要求公司给你涨工资。

跟这帮自称理科的文科生物wsn实在纠缠不清楚。给丫们上点洋大人自己的说法吧，而
且都是学术圈的，已有reference一堆，其中一份是著名的兰德公司的报告。
另外，美国和澳洲已立法限制使用脑波扫描仪，拿脑波扫描仪扫本国公民已是联邦法的
重罪。不过这个比较难的是你无法证实谁接收了你的脑信号。所以立了法跟没立一个样。

Don't know if the outcome were his exact intention, but a lot of his
decisions ended up good for the country.
Again, don't know if the outcome were his exact intention, but it ended up
that way.
I pretty much believe the result were his intentions. Which makes him one
of the worst in recent history. |
