发帖数: 1704 | 12 其实做global docking的目的之一，就是根据具体结果来判断是否存在decent
physical interaction，这也是每年CAPRI(Critical Assessment of Predicted
Interactions)竞赛项目的核心任务。有兴趣的话可以去参考一下近几年的报告。
当然也有不依赖于结构的相互作用预测方法了，比如单纯基于一维序列分析的，基于
domain interaction mining的，再有就是基于所谓系统生物学整合分析的各种经典
PPIP方法，用来解决你所说的“有”或“无”的问题。这个领域是早年生物信息学的最
热点方向之一，不过随着多种便捷/高通量实验方法的规模化运用及大规模数据的产生
，这个领域逐渐走入数据挖掘的路线。但是这里所指的interaction，往往并不单纯局
限于physical interaction。
楼主当然也可以首先通过这些经典的PPIP方法来判断是否存在相互作用，但无论这部分
结果如何，想进一步通过已知的蛋白精细结构来辅助结果阐释，docking都是必经之路

1 X,M,XM同时对Y做回归,看XM的回归系数是否显著.显著,代表interaction显著,必须对
X进行分组,分组的标准是由M水平而定;不显著,代表不需要考虑interaction,直接考虑c
oufounding的问题.
2 在没有显著interaction情况下,将X与Y做回归,得到X的回归系数.接着将X,M与Y做回归
,得到X的回归系数.比较这两个回归系数,如果变化很大(30%以上),confouding成立;反之
则没有明显的coufouding.
3 interaction显著的情况,分组后重复步骤2. |

同的样本中应用的fitness，有什么办法呢？ 我想查查AIG and BIC. 特别是AIG*N
and BIC' 和前两个在应用上有什么区别。
你那个interaction的问题怎么样了？ 一般的做法是在没有的interaction的回归中
interprete the main effects (X and Y coefficients); 然后再在有interaction的
回归中interprete the interaction effect，这样的话第二个回归中的
mulitcollinearity不会affect the coefficient on the interaction term. |

review seriers 和 PRL 都高级很多啊，我一个南京大学的同学说就他们学校的一个
做群论的叫做陈金全的教授发过一次，并且他后来有可能再被邀请发一次，不幸他过早

刚收到朋友forward的邮件，他家（拜耳）regulatory affairs部门暑期在新泽西跟北
京貌似同时要招实习生，新泽西大概招4名，北京大概招3名。Application deadline是
一月底。北京的office要求是中国公民。貌似接受无经验(但最好略懂）的申请者。博
士优先。据朋友说往年最后录取者貌似中国人不少。实习的薪水方面，美国的薪水大概
在33-36刀每小时。有机会（但据说很不容易）在实习后拿到全职offer（朋友没拿到但
同批有人拿到）,base在80000-95000刀之间，年底双薪。所以第一年大概package在

来说不一样，前者偏向于设计user
activity和interaction techniques，interaction style，让user有效的完成tasks。
不过从description上来说，似乎和ux
designer很相似：）争取让hr给你hook up一个他们内部的Interaction designer，让
你多了解一下他们的daily job。

我孩子不到三岁，15个月因为发育滞后开始接受EI治疗，18个月时EI机构严重怀疑自闭
，排队几个月后21个月在美国top5的权威儿童医院拿到经典自闭的诊断之后一直接受强
度很大的各种训练。。我不常来逛这个坛子，因为我家孩子让我担心的地方，和这里家
长们通常讨论的东西，根本搭不上边。。大家在讨论怎么推娃，上什么兴趣班的时候，
我担忧的是怎么以后能够让娃生活自理，自立而不拖累这个社会，怎么学会和人交流（
说话都是其次的），奢侈点的想法是，怎么主流化，怎么能够自己有一个somewhat
meaningful的生活，父母离开人世的时候，也能让孩子可以有尊严的活着。我们这样家
庭的种种challenge，不是常人能够理解的，我也从没有奢望过普通父母能体会我们的
痛苦。。。但是看到了最近的热贴，有些id对我们这些可怜的家庭们的各种不太善意的
猜测，非常震惊。当然，也同时看到很多general ed， gifted ed的家长们的同情和爱
心，和让人温暖感动的话，在这里也想替我们这些家庭，谢谢你们的支持。

经典蒙校和普通preschool比确实peer interaction和teacher-child interaction 发
生的少很多 这个是不争的事实 已经没有什么值得争论的了
变体蒙校和普通preschool可能差不多 所以我挺喜欢好的变体蒙校
而且我从来没说 不social哦 我说的是 互动 interaction 这两个词不是一个意思。
social是skill interaction是behavior 概念不一样 |
