I have my EAD and AP approved last week, and my husband has his FP scheduled
in next week. So my husband wants to attach his I485 application to mine
and change his status from primary applicant to derivative applicant.
If anyone had this experience, please share with us the steps to process the
request of interlink.

过程及催绿经验分享：
（1) 2014 EB3 current； interlink 到EB3，拿到EAD， 绿根本没机会；
（2) 2015 EB 2 current，又转回EB2；运气不佳＋催绿没经验不及时。没赶上就排
期倒退，最终连一个RFE都没拿到。
（3) 2015年10月换了工作（不管怎么说，有了EAD卡后解决了部分不自由的问题）；
（4) 2015年12月，获悉EB3 PD一月就 current， 12月18日就分别online SR并邮寄
书面request interlink。结果，移民局也够绝，12月31日 SR response: visa # is

密码输4位然后确认。
说是有INTERLINK或Plus或star标志的atm都免费，如果有收费，fidelity给报销。
但中国的atm都没有interlink. 只有它的中国版unipay。只能找plus或star.

2个140。一个PD:02/07(EB2-NIW)。 485原来是根据另一个140(PERM-LC, PD 04/07)。7
月1日140-NIW排期到，当天发信（附后）。其实如果不发，原来的140-EB2-PERM在８月
也到了。又怕万一这期间倒退, 还是写了信。
今天打了个电话问了下。第二个正式接电话的好像是IO，名字不好意思没有听清，态度
很好。
晚上8:16分网上受到３个人一样的更新：

customer's new permanent resident status. Please follow any instructions on

1. 考虑到USCIS已经发过medical RFE，内部很可能已经给了一个number了，只需要等
排期再次current。
2. USCIS不喜欢重复file interlink。如果再次file有可能会带来更多的delay。
我自己想可能还有因素就是律师想省事。考虑到最坏的结果就是等10月EB3回来，所以
我就听从律师的意见没有采取任何行动。最后结果看来应该是自动relink了。

在美国，只要是visa，plus，interlink标志的atm取钱，如果该atm所属的银行收手续
费的话，statement出来时schwab给你reimbursement。 |

发帖数: 679 | 31 debit card不等同于与之关联的checking account。Debit card方便了你通过这张卡用
checking account里面的钱进行消费。到ATM取钱时，debit card作为验证你是户主的
依据。
买家刷debit card，如果是输PIN的方式，商户要向相关的debit网络交费，比如STAR,
Interlink, NYCE, Pulse这些网络，一般0.75%-0.9%。如果买家选择credit方式并签字
，这种方式类似信用卡，走的也是Visa或Mastercard网络（取决于卡上标识），商家需
要支付visa/mc debit interchange fee，这个应该接近1.5%。所以商家肯定希望你选
debit，但银行和visa/mc希望你选credit。
你给信用卡还款是肯定是要100% cash equivalent，当然人家不可能让你用debit card |

signature-based purchases走信用卡网络：visa, master card, discover, amex等
PIN-based purchase走的是debit network，如NYCE, interlink, ACCEL, Star,
Mastreo, pulse等等
绝大部分debit card都是带visa或mastercard表示支持相应信用卡网络，做signature
purchase时用；背面会有一个或多个debit网络标识，做Pin-based transaction用。
至于Discover debit card，好像也就他们家的cashback checking这么一个debit card
。这卡背面有pulse标志，所以只要商家支持pulse就可以当debit用。
amex的话我觉得没有真正意义的debit card。他们的serve和bluebird确实有个pin，但
我感觉不能实际买东西时候用，而是在网站或app里做交易（如bill pay）用作验证身

conference call script，总结如下。
前半部分，季报，从新闻通报可以总结要点。Revenue, profit, outlook全面超过预期
。管理层给自己发奖金了。
后半部分，分析师问答。印象深刻的部分有：下一季度有一个月电信产品价格会有季节
性的暂时下滑。Margin预期。在机房、云上的市场机会。100G 产品线的成长趋势。中
国市场、中国电信对DATA spy的政策、无锡工厂等。
总体印象，分析师似乎是想建立一个worst case scenario，然后在这个基础上找发展
机会。FNSR本身处在一个稳定发展的时期，主要得益于 telecom方面新投资，datacom
方面高速interlink转向光纤。公司正常，也应该反映在股价上。
TA方面，昨天上穿20日线，今天早盘上穿50日线，但马上回落。不是很牛。这个位置可

当时我们做了很多网上的search，基本没有找到类似案例。而且著名的murthy.com的
FAQ明确说，这种更换主申请人interlink 485肯定不行。而猪头公司的移民律师却说值
得试试，鼓励猪头找他做。我们又打电话问了几个在这个版上广告的律师，其中一位明
确说不行，谢和范说行。这里我要给范律师一个的credit：我跟他解释完情况后，他说
，你这个不需要花钱找我做，你自己给移民局写封信，解释清楚，附上收据，寄过去就
可以了。谢律师收取一定费用，但价格很合理。搞笑的是忽悠事务所，我打电话去，接
线生说，律师不得空，你给我们免费咨询的那个邮箱发封电邮，说明情况，他们会告诉
你答案的。我傻呵呵地写了过去，过两天，得到一份标准回复：你的情况太复杂了，请
跟我们的驴师预约面谈，250刀一小时。WTF，这就开始宰人啦！
后来我们想，既然5个律师，3个yes2个no，值得一试。于是我就给USCIS打电话，用POJ
方法打到TSC。一共打了5次吧，第一次的一个男IO，人蛮好，我当时问的是，这样子做

at all.
