点是很灵活的，可以随便找个靠近interstate的没那么偏北的地方。你过来1个小时足
够了。除非你开interstate开50mph

发帖数: 1012 | 8 interstate上冰雪一般清理得还是很好的，只要你不在下大雪的时候勉强上路，能在旅
馆里等雪停了路面清扫以后就不会太危险。如果时间允许，不要把你的行程定得太紧，
否则在路面状况不好的情况下硬着头皮上路，心理紧张就更容易出问题。另外尽量全程
开interstate，在Exit附近找旅馆，不要下高速太远。心理放轻松一点，一般来说问题
不大。
如果实在没把握而且经济允许的话，有一些搬家公司可以帮助你开车运东西的，你之用
打好包，看着他们装上车，自己飞到目的地，其他都由他们来管。我的一些朋友用过这
些公司，据说不是太贵，而且服务也很好。 |

比一般的HIGHWAY，油站间的距离会长一些，但最长的几十个MILE也有一个油站了，大
部分油站间的距离不是特别远。
这个路线要到加州的话，必须要跨过ROCKY MOUNTAIN，但所谓的山路因为是INTERSTATE
,路况也非常好。我走的时候是I10--I8,到SAN DIEGO。跨ROCKY的时候，还是很爽的，
风景很不错。
DRIVING安全问题是第一，4天时间在路上，最好计划6天到，如果一个人的话。 |

很有意思， 高速的编号完全降序排列。
一路上路况不错。基本保持一天700miles的行程， 感觉还可以， 并不很累， 最后一
天除外。最后一天开I10， I8， 这两条高速上岗哨点不少， 至少有2处查毒品， 2处
查非法移民的必停点。 靠近San Diego有几十miles的山路，比较崎岖。说个笑话， 一
直在中部平原开车，只用D档。 到了山路爬坡，发现怎么踩油门都加不上速度，只能以
小于50miles的龟速前进，被超了n多次。开始还以为油门坏了，紧急停车了数次查油门
。最后不知道怎么忽然想起来国内驾校老师说山路要换挡，于是换了2档，终于又恢复
正常速度。不过这段山路拐弯多，上下坡也多，尤其是当时正值太阳下山，路面反光非
常厉害，开车半猜半蒙，心理很紧张，这段很累。
中部的OK，TX，NW， AZ都是大片的半荒漠，视野很好，不过看多了也审美疲劳，进入
加州以后就一派春天的景象，大片绿色。I8有一段非常靠近墨西哥，只有几十ft远，而
且这一段恰好经过一片沙漠，可以看到沙丘连绵起伏，有时间可以玩个沙... 阅读全帖 |

话，会有些麻烦。我之前去yosemite, 玩了一天，开120，从东门出来，开完以后我特
烦。

老美的全封闭highway可不止是interstate，还有很多地方highway,修得比interstate
甚至还好
如果再加上半封闭的路网比如US Route之类，还是够天朝追赶一阵子的
最关键的，90%以上不收费（收费公路大部分集中东北走廊的苦逼地带，去广大中西部
和南方看看，一辈子都不知道ez-pass是啥的都大有人在）
不过如此的发展速度还是可喜可贺啊，如果少收点费就更好了。 |

和中国高速公路里程相比的是57,000 miles (92,000 kilometers), including non-
interstate freeways.
所谓高速公路，除了限速较高以外，标准就是controlled access，没有平交路口。进
出必须经过ramp。
很多US routes是有十字路口，和其他道路直接平交的。只有封闭的部分才算到九万二
里头 |

那上面的路不是I开头的interstate的高速，而是一般 双lane的expressway，一边走一
边可以观风赏景的。
如果你走的是iXX的高速的话，不算的。
比如我走过chicago 到 大瀑布 (第8线的一段)，如果是interstate的高速，8小时就到
了，
结果，我走小路足足走了14个多小时，不过沿路的风景，小镇，村庄，小旅店，小饭馆等

回来。路上要经过从interstate上跨过的一座桥，桥两
边是上下highway的ramp。俺从来没走着回来过啊。还没
有灯，黑忽忽的过的桥看见一条岔路就上去了，不时有
车从身边过。走着走着不对劲了，怎么刚才还在脚底下
的18-wheeler们都跑身边来了？
我的妈亚，原来俺上了ramp，马上就走到interstate上

由于顺序和人家答案不同，居然两个DR 都显示是错的。考试的时候是不是也是这样？

really G******, see this kinf of article too many times, but it
may be nice to some newcomers to see them, but I think it is very
good for those who point out the false(or not true)part, beside
i suugest that if ppl have time, go see the discoery channel,
the programs are widely coverd and very intersted, and most of all,
more precisely, at least they base on fact, (enough fact to make
a conclusion) |
