北京时间2018年3月23日凌晨，美国总统特朗普签署了备忘录，依据“301调查”结果，
将对从中国进口的1300种商品大规模征收关税，税率为25%左右，并限制中国企业对美
投资并购，涉及征税的中国商品规模可达600亿美元。
美国贸易代表处（USTR）将在15天内公布对华征收关税的清单，然后再公示30天，
面对贸易战，我们大可保持淡定，
实际上，今天的中国和美国，可以说越来越像了，
美国经济增长的主要动力是内需，
中国经济增长的主要动力现在也是内需，2017年国内消费对经济增长的贡献为58.8%，
而货物和服务净出口贡献率仅仅为9.1%。
换句话说，2017年净出口对我国经济增长的贡献为6.9%*0.091=0.623个百分点。
也就是出口对我国经济增长率的贡献已经非常低了。

材料/化学/电子方向，国内博士，博后2.5年，现美国20-30名大学博后。
40篇文章，一作10篇，全部英文，IF从2-40左右。一作IF>10的大概6篇左右，合作论文
中有2篇Nature子刊。论文大部分发表在Top 0.1-Top 1%的期刊上(based on total
citations)。在PL中99%的地方在讲第一作者的工作。我觉得讲合作的论文也是可以的
，但懒得去挖掘合作论文中的亮点了。好在第一作者的论文也有很多亮点。
引用：大概2000次左右。合作的论文中有几篇hot topic的文章，单篇引用好几个都在
300+。自己一作文章被引大概300次左右，有一篇100+。一作文章中有一篇被大牛写了
专门的2页highlight评价为“重大进展、重要突破、奇迹、这个领域革命性的成果。。
。”。
审稿：10几个杂志，110篇左右。杂志IF从很低到15不等，有不少杂志排名在Top 0.3%,
