我想过了，如果我的比例高于1：500，我就做羊穿，因为羊穿本身的流产率是1：300到
500.
但纯属个人选择。我知道有些人1：70也不做的，有些1：2000也做的。
另外我最近看了很多东西，好像有折中方案，就是什么深度B超--可以全方位看宝宝，
但是又不是invasive的。有些妈妈唐筛比例高，就做这个深度B超，如果没有看出什么
问题，就选择不做羊穿。因为唐筛的错误率是蛮高的。要是唐筛结果不好，我也会考虑
这种方案。（具体名字记不住了，你可以google一下或者问问ob）
但是还是一句话，这个是个人的选择了。我很怕有个唐宝宝，倾向于做羊穿，但是老公
说我们的孩子，怎么都喜欢的，反对做invasive的测试。我觉得你得和老公好好商量一
下，能不能承受这种风险。 |

Breast cancer以前大多在50多岁的妇女身上发生，但随着环境、饮食结构的变化，生
活的压力，它越来越有年轻化的趋势。我的好邻居她的女儿去年被查出乳腺癌时还没过
41岁的生日，我老公朋友的老婆前年患乳腺癌也是差不多这岁数，我以前的同事加好朋
友得乳腺癌时才五十岁。前两天朋友微信中复旦女博士于娟32岁被确诊患上乳腺癌，
一年半不到就没了，让人叹息。她们都没有家庭病史。
