ICM2014一小时大会报告共邀请了21位数学家，其中美国10位，法国3位，英国2位，
日本、韩国、瑞士、比利时、加拿大、意大利等国家各1位。
美国10位被邀请做一小时报告的数学家中，有5位是来自俄罗斯和东欧（匈牙利、捷
克）的数学家，目前都在美国一流大学（麻省理工学院、加州大学伯克利分校、普林斯
顿大学等）任职，还有3位分别来自伊朗、法国和英国。有2位在麻省理工学院、加州大
学伯克利分校任教的数学家（Alexei Borodin和Vera Serganova）都毕业于莫斯科大学
。这从一个侧面反映了苏联解体以后，俄罗斯的人才流失非常严重。另外，来自美国本

样。 当时ITALY队第一轮小组赛三战三平，勉强以小组第二进入第二轮， 与当时第一
强队巴西和拥有天才新星马拉多纳的阿根廷同在“死亡之组”。Rossi（罗西）在与巴
西队的比赛中连进三球， 活活气走拥有Zico，Socrates，Falcao和Junior的巴西队。
当时ITALY队不是公认的世界第一强队，巴西，法国和德国都很牛，但就是ITALY拿了冠
军。 INTER跟当年的ITALY一样，防守都很强（没有哪一个队敢CLAIM防守强于他们），
前卫们中也大多是防守型的， 前锋中都有从ITALY联赛中联出来的无声手枪。Rossi和
Milito，两人很像，都在意联赛中为非强队进了N多球，对外名声也不响（不同的是
Rossi在意国内名气很大，参加过78年世界杯，进了三球，人称“Pablito”，但他在80

撰文评论欧债危机，认为现行主要解决方法都无法奏效，必须靠外汇存底丰厚的中国大
陆解囊相救。
在这篇题为「只有中国能救欧洲」的评论中，札卡瑞亚认为，希腊经济规模只占欧盟的
2%，就已经很难救，而意大利名列世界七大经济体，债务比西班牙、葡萄牙、爱尔兰和
希腊加起来更多，简直是「大到不能救」。发行欧元债券或给予欧盟执委会更大的征税
权力，都不可行，因为欧洲各国政府和人民都反对；况且要让欧盟更加整合至少还要十
年，缓不济急。
札卡瑞亚认为，现在欧洲只是需要一笔够庞大的钱，解决燃眉之急，就像2008年美国砸
大钱救次贷风暴。显然欧盟拿不出这笔钱。札卡利亚建议，应思考由拥有3兆美元外汇
存底的中国大陆出手。
他的构想是，由国际货币基金（IMF）出面，向几个外汇存底丰厚的国家借钱，主要是
大陆，但也包含日本、巴西、沙特阿拉伯等国，借款总额可以是7500亿美元。国际货币

PARIS (AP) — Global markets were muted on Tuesday after a rating agency
warned it could downgrade the debt of most eurozone countries, raising
pressure on European leaders to find a lasting solution to their crisis this
week.
The Standard & Poor's rating agency threatened late Monday to downgrade 15
countries that use the euro, including Germany and France, whose debt
ratings are considered the linchpins of the European bailout system.

本人住在非Atlanta地区的Deep South。去纽约住了9天，感想颇多啊！
到了纽约，最大的感觉就是像回到了国内。人多，要靠公共交通，市容脏乱差。以前感
觉海归版的讨论关于国内和美国待遇的对比是很无聊的，因为当时觉得中国和美国是两
个完全不同的style，喜欢哪种就选择哪种就是了，没必要讨论待遇。而到了纽约，才
发现，原来纽约和国内是如此的像，至于选择在纽约还是海归，待遇几乎成了唯一的标
准（待遇指相对于物价水平的工资高低）。
大家不要骂我，纽约的生活质量比起deep south来还是低不少的。先说大家能上网看到
的，就是房价。今天刚刚看到一个坑，说纽约附近Jersey City那里一个2br的apt就要
50k-70K，这个钱在deep south各州都能买很大的独栋house了，还不是很差的区。再说

撰文评论欧债危机，认为现行主要解决方法都无法奏效，必须靠外汇存底丰厚的中国大
陆解囊相救。
在这篇题为「只有中国能救欧洲」的评论中，札卡瑞亚认为，希腊经济规模只占欧盟的
2%，就已经很难救，而意大利名列世界七大经济体，债务比西班牙、葡萄牙、爱尔兰和
希腊加起来更多，简直是「大到不能救」。发行欧元债券或给予欧盟执委会更大的征税
权力，都不可行，因为欧洲各国政府和人民都反对；况且要让欧盟更加整合至少还要十
年，缓不济急。
札卡瑞亚认为，现在欧洲只是需要一笔够庞大的钱，解决燃眉之急，就像2008年美国砸
大钱救次贷风暴。显然欧盟拿不出这笔钱。札卡利亚建议，应思考由拥有3兆美元外汇
存底的中国大陆出手。
他的构想是，由国际货币基金（IMF）出面，向几个外汇存底丰厚的国家借钱，主要是
大陆，但也包含日本、巴西、沙特阿拉伯等国，借款总额可以是7500亿美元。国际货币
