起整个部门 成为多个法院信任的技术骨干 参与并实施几个法院的项目 感觉还是很有
成就感的
每天工作 基本上和每个人都能聊的很high 同事也信服我的主见 到其他法院开会也能
感到信任和尊重，还是挺爽的，工作起来也能接触到很多以前接触不到的技术 说实话
还是很喜欢上班的 虽然每天都忙的头晕脑胀
发这个贴也是为了鼓励下大家，尤其是还在奋斗的第一代移民 ，不要轻易放弃 ，努力
提升自己 ，机会一定会有 一定要坚持，结构很乱想到哪说到哪见谅
下边就个人经验谈谈就业 面试 和种族歧视吧
首先说就业
从我入籍到找到政府工作 包括之前IT Contractor(department of education)以及多
次面试经验来说
IT 机会还是很多的 只可惜我不是程序猿 否则机会更多
第一份工作最难 如果你还是学生 一定要想尽一切办法找placement 找volunteer， 花
点钱考取技术认证，千万别图10块8块的生活费去给华人打工 也许能解决你一时温饱

对开源软件来个可能会引发争议的观点：对于绝大多数的软件产品来说，1）闭源的软
件产品的技术含量要比开源的要大得多。2）大多数的开源软件都在抄闭源的商用软件。
首先，我先表达一下开源软件的伟大，并向开源的人们致于我最真诚的敬意。但，即使
这样，我们也要很客观的承认大多数开源软件是存在大量问题的。就像我这个人主观上
并不喜欢微软和 IBM，但是我必需要承认，没有微软和 IBM，计算机这个行业不会有今
天这样的爆炸。（插曲：我 94 年上大学选的专业是计算机科学，当时很多人都觉得计
算机专业是一个 ZB 的专业，因为几乎没有哪个企业在用电脑，但我幸运的是 95 年的
时候微软出了 Win95，Sun 出了 Java，然后互联网极度膨胀，才导致我选的专业最终
变得很火）。
至于我说的这两句话，我知道是有争议的，尤其是我用了“抄”，在此请原谅我用词不

DUKE和DARTMOUTH的MEM就业机会大吗？
他们给的就业报告我都看了，毕业就业率很高
不过留学论坛上这几年非常不喜欢这两个program, 理由是没有美国工作经验的人，毕
业以后没法在米国找到好工作，大部分都回国了。
就连MIT SDM这种高大上项目无工作经验照样没法留美。
DUKE的小蜜interview，【以下引用】“还告诫我不要好高骛远，若是能找到小公司的
工作就先就业再图发展。还是挺好的~”
