美国很多医疗项目，如果是预防性的又效果确切，连copay都不收，就是鼓励你去做。
医保公司不是傻子，你真年纪轻轻，没交几年保费就得大病，他们就得破产了。这就是
市场经济的好处。
换个话题，肿瘤的早期诊断，等NGS技术敏感度再上几个台阶，还是完全有可能的，肿
瘤细胞有那么多已知突变，而且肿瘤稍微大一点后因为缺氧，免疫等原因破碎的细胞很
多，外周血里都有检测到的可能性。不过我觉得目前瓶颈还是测序技术，这个恐怕主要
是搞化学和搞EE的人的强项，和做生物的关系还真不那么直接。
另外说起做IVD，我是做遗传IVD的所以可能有bias，但是我觉得做测序相关的IVD潜力
要远大于检测其他信号的IVD，因为DNA RNA的特征和计算机二进制太相似了，很多计算
机成熟的技术都会逐渐有机会被应用到提高测序技术上来。其他的，比如蛋白或者其他
大分子，或者神经环路，电信号等等，连本身的性质都没有研究清楚，怎么可能长期大
幅度提高。

发展来看，似乎cyto和molecular的界限不再象以前那么清晰了。比如有不少cyto的lab
现在开始采用oFISH,aCGH或SNP arrays甚至NGS的技术来帮助。记得2010看的ASHG会上专门有个座谈会就是围绕cyto lab如何利用新技术如array的。不过让IVD实验室完全利用这些新技术还有不少的路有走。因为这些新技术还处于发展阶段，变化相对大，不断推出的新assay甚至新软件（包括只是软件升级）都需要重新validate，这对于IVD来说是个不小的challenge，无形里cost也会增加。另外，是否能从insurance公司拿到reimbursement也极大程度地限制着新技术进入IVD的速度。 |

多以前BABA员工发财了以后都跑出来自己找项目投资。但是多半还是在互联网。中国到

实际就业中mol和cyto使用的技术是模糊了，但是从fellowship training 本身而言，
如我们PD所说，看染色体不是那么容易学会的，人和人的天生能力也有不小的差别，
cyto的training过程中相当一部分精力可能都得用来认染色体。但是，我猜想搞不好10
年8年后这技术都没人用了
对于你说的技术会有challenge我觉得反过来应该是好事。如果就是那么一成不变的东
西，用不了几年很多就可以机械化自动化完成了，还要这么多PHD level的诊断师干嘛呢

在遗传，而实际上很多同修根本没有什么遗传经历，可以说我觉得希望可能不是很大。
但是大家完全没有必要局限在遗传方面。我刚刚发现一个简单的找你自己相关
fellowship的方法：
google： "american board of" and PhD
比如第一页就出来个 Sleep Medicine就是PhD可以申请的，如果你现在的生物研究和睡
眠/circadian有关，可能就很有机会。我来美国感觉最深一点的就是，这里的行会保护
很厉害，我迄今知道的，只要有个Board，特别是博士以上水准的，怎么每年也能拿到
近10万甚至10多万，而且一般不用担心失业，因为board的管理者自己也是靠这个board
吃饭的，他们会保证新拿到board的人不至于让他们这些老的失业。最近还听说了有放
疗剂量/定位的fellow，做流式细胞仪的bioanalysis fellow都是PhD qualify的。搞不
好咱们生物PhD在美国其实有一片很广阔的天地等待开采。

你可能不太了解，这种mouse KO consortium早已经有若干个了，我一个很熟的教授就
负责发起了其中一个（2008左右进入市场的），所以我对楼主这种手工一个个敲还有这
么大市场还真有点意外 |

所以不需要FDA clearance/approval
一般的LDT是under CLIA， 而FDA对于CLIA的 regulation 没有太多管辖职权 FDA只负
责CLIA的分类 而CMS才是管CLIA的
一般来说做LDT也是需要CLIA的certification的，也不知道theranos是怎么拿到的CLIA
的waiver
简单的来说 这等于钻了一个regulation的空白区域. FDA 对LDT的分类里面 如果认为
这个测试过程简单 不需要certified
的lab就可以做 会给CLIA certification的 waiver ， 这个和FDA 对于class II
的IVD 510k clearance完全是两个不同的概念
当然靠LDT CLIA 混的日子也不会太久了
FDA正在考虑 对LDT也要求premarket review
更新一下 刚才具体查了一下herpes那个test 拿的是FDA的510k clearance 说明至少这

所以不需要FDA clearance/approval
一般的LDT是under CLIA， 而FDA对于CLIA的 regulation 没有太多管辖职权 FDA只负
责CLIA的分类 而CMS才是管CLIA的
一般来说做LDT也是需要CLIA的certification的，也不知道theranos是怎么拿到的CLIA
的waiver
简单的来说 这等于钻了一个regulation的空白区域. FDA 对LDT的分类里面 如果认为
这个测试过程简单 不需要certified
的lab就可以做 会给CLIA certification的 waiver ， 这个和FDA 对于class II
的IVD 510k clearance完全是两个不同的概念
当然靠LDT CLIA 混的日子也不会太久了
FDA正在考虑 对LDT也要求premarket review
更新一下 刚才具体查了一下herpes那个test 拿的是FDA的510k clearance 说明至少这

业生闪电解约，并承诺支付5000元赔偿金。而解约的唯一解释是：公司业务调整。
2018年29日上午10点57分，西安理工大学一位硕士研究生李磊（化名）接到了来做
深圳的一通电话：因为公司业务调整要与你解约，节后会发解约通知书，会支付赔偿金
5000元。

“其实自从28日就看到群里有人接到解约电话，我就开始在想什么时候轮到我。果
不其然，在29日上午，我就接到了电话，听对方说完，我还回答好。”李磊表示。
2018年10月8日，李磊拍摄了正在开工建设中的迈瑞医疗的大楼，并且表示每天看
