- 你没有200cm,发球基本上别想超过150,怎么练也没有（除非你是roddick)
- 我不知道pro里有多少个200cm的，我想如果你有200cm,不是发球牛人的话，你赶早转行算了
- 你没有180cm,发球基本上别想超过140,怎么练也没有（除非你是Benjamin Becker)
- 你没有185cm,发球也很难超过140,寥寥无几...
还没有统计140以下的，不好说。你看这还不与身高有关？技术在这里就是个例外，roddick和becker?就两个而以，占2/34！10%都没有，按老啃的说法，技术可以忽略不计了~~
你看豆豆，在IW与Ivo Karlovic搞了三个tough sets,在法网与Inser搞了五个tough sets,都是两米以上的长人，还有谁能把豆豆搞成这样？(当然除了joker之外）基本上，如果站在你对面的是个两米以上的长人，根本不用care他的ATP排名，你都知道比赛会很tough!

米。最矮的大概是比利时的OLIVIER ROCHUS， １米６８。
上周五俺买了瓶水经过广场时，看一哥们儿怪眼熟的。一身休闲打扮，手拿一瓶矿泉水
，和普通球迷一般逛店铺。这时有人跟他打招呼OLIVIER，俺才意识到这是以前小有名
气的ROCHUS。
往前走有球迷叫大波箩， 大波箩。俺紧赶几步看到一大高个，训练完树下正在给球迷
签名。这哥们站那儿整一个鹤立鸡群，给他照相太EASY了。回放照片一看，看着咋不象

1. Check your grip and make sure it is continental grip. 好像没有看到你
pronate，猜你可能是平底锅的握法。
2. 往上抛球的时候，不要从脚到腿全身发力。
3. 确定站姿。你是在模仿Roddick那样站定的站姿吗？如果是，就要站住了，现在好像
脚下比较busy挪来挪去的
4. 抛球手上去下来都要直。下来不直的可以参考Ivo Kalovic。就是难看些。
5. 感觉你的发力链是断的。主要发力是胳膊，没有用上腿和腰的力量。
6. 你身体转过来可能太早了(所以你下来后往左边倾斜,基本上失去平衡了） |
