投资,形成了一个diversified portfolio,那么IYR应该是个很好的选择。我没给楼主
建议这个,是因为他现在只有10k,不建议搞得太分散。
不过你要清楚,IYR大部分投的实际上是REIT,这个和我们头脑里的那个房市价格是有
差异的,不见得retail housing价格回升,这个就一定会涨。不过总得来说,有比没有

不过REITs ETF里面retail, lodging占得都很大, VNQ, IYR都是。
你可以看2008-2009年,从最高到最低,spx跌了大约55%, VNQ, IYR都是跌了70%以上。 |

我在想办法一些图像从camera写到内存,最后再存到硬盘里。
我刚开始学,很多地方不太懂,请大家帮帮忙。
我的思路大概就是,先申请存储一幅图像的内存(指针pic12),再申请存储所有1000幅
图像的内存(指针picAll). 然后让pic12指向picAll的起点。 接着开始采集图像,每采
集到一幅图像就用pic12写到picAll里面,然后pic12再向下移动一个frame. 采集完所
有图像以后,再全部用fwrite写到硬盘里。
关于指针,我不知道我用 pic12=(word *)GlobalAlloc(GPTR,2*iXRes*iYRes)) 分配内
存以后,再用pic12++的话,指针会不会移动一个frame(2*iXRes*iYRes bytes)?
另外,一次用 GlobalAlloc 申请357M的内存不知道会不会有问题, 我用的系统是XP
professional,机器装了4G的内存。
这样做行不行。 大家帮忙看看,感激不尽!

pic12++是不会移动一个frame的,而是一个WORD(如果pic12定义为WORD指针)。所以
你下面的code中 "if((pic12=(word *)GlobalAlloc(GPTR,2*iXRes*iYRes))==NULL)
return 0;"
是多余的。每写完一幅图像后,用pic12 += iXRes*iYRes 将指针移到下一幅图像的写
入起始地址即可。
分配357M的内存不会有问题的。 |

NRO:7%
FM:3%
VEU:5%
剩下的大盘SPY、QQQ、EEM、USO的delta几乎是零,忽略
VXX跌得太快,现在有+2%的仓位。 |

Vix的所有仓位都清掉了。下周找机会再卖VXX的靠/扑
封闭式基金我喜欢买市价“弱”的。如RQI本周的NAV跌1.3%,而市价很强不跌
,我期间就卖出了。RNP的NAV只跌0.8x%,但市价很弱跌1.5x%,我就买入。本来就是同
样的东西,买弱卖强,能的到更好的alpha return。价值投机,就往往跟技术面的强弱
反向操作。
记住一点:封闭式基金的NAV是“本”,还是大量交易量决定的;而市价是“末”,可
能被极少交易量扭曲的。市场不有效,不要本末倒置。 |

Energy sector has really underperformed.
Because of rising oil / gas output from "fracking", oil price has been
depressed a bit, but at least it's easy to transport oil.
Natural gas price has totally collapsed causing coal price to collapse as
well. LNG export would help, but still far from reality. |

翻翻资料,问问谷哥,还真是有不少选择,写几个我知道的吧,不全的各位大牛补充
一. 参与私人集资的做翻修(flipper)的公司
起步资金5万到几百万不等.我有不少朋友就参加了酱紫的公司.一般就是一些信得过的
朋友组建一个团队,然后注册个公司,有CEO,会计,然后让合作的realtor去找小黑屋deal
或买地,然后contractor把房子拿来翻新/重建后再拿到市场上去出售.
旧房翻修市场过去5-10年非常活跃,旧房翻修市场多年来已经发展出较大规模,仅独立
屋翻修规模就有240亿。但这里面的水很深。
优点在于
不需要自己操心,定期等着分红.
缺点在于
1. 资金流动性不好,一般参与的时候公司肯定会要求不能随便撤资.所以最好别拿可能
需要用的钱去整.
2. 风险大,收益不稳定,搞不好还起纠纷.一是小公司找翻修项目取决于合作的房地产
经纪人和项目组的水平了,项目没找好可能没啥油水.然后民间合伙拉的公司各方面万一
