牙买加餐馆一定会去吃那道菜。我觉得它很符合中国人的口味，所以给大家推荐一下。
在rockville 355 上有一家叫island pride ， 在baltimore/catonsville 的Hmart
plaza 有一家叫golden krust Jamaican,都是牙买加的外卖店，价格都在$10. 以前在
公司附近food court里有一家，我每周都去一次，可惜后来关了，对它的牛尾念念不忘。
大家要是吃腻了中餐偶尔西想换换口味，可以去试一下牙买加牛尾。

（淡季最便宜的房间209$, 夏天最便宜的399$。）不过到底是英国女皇来的时候住过的地

无骨羊腿，大概5磅一个，肥瘦均匀啊！我做饭白痴啊，从来没做过羊肉，就按着腿后
边那说明，用盐啊胡椒啊JAMAICAN JERK SEASONING什么的腌15分钟，烤箱预热400度，
直接进去烤，每磅18-20分钟，烤完用FOIL裹上REST 15分钟，出来正好就是medium-
medium rare,depending on肉的厚度~~我怕等时间太长，只烤了一半，两磅半左右，用
时大概一共不到一个半小时，我和LD二人瞬间全部消灭了。。。 |

如果哪位球友认识我，请不要在网上发我的个人信息。发比赛视频是想活跃球版，抛砖
引玉。
那天比赛我踢后腰（白衣红袜），感觉跑不动，脚下有点拿不住，一个远射也没有。对
方（橙色）有几个Jamaican, 身体速度技术都不错，特别是10号，人高马大，不好防。
不过我们队的20号中后卫很厉害，特别是头球太好了。
我比赛的亮点是一个助攻和一个突破得了个点球。
上半场第31分钟，人球分过过了两人，下底转中想打后点，门将打了一下，前锋没碰到
球。第40分钟，上抢断球，过人摆脱，左脚长传找到前锋。前锋停球，过人，射门，一

embarrased at first but later I recalled seeing a video script where a white
guy asked a Jamaican guy repeat 4 times of what he said. They both speak

Kona or Jamacian Blue mountain coffee for $15 a lbs if you buy 4lbs. I have
been getting their coffee for years- love it. I get 4lbs and freeze it for
later use.....
