Exchange server in the company.
Otherwise, if the company wants to block web access, no matter what you do,
as soon as they find out they will block it.
The best way is to buy a smart phone, then you can chat/IM/email as much as
you want and nobody cares, I doubt your company will put a radar jammer
around your office to interfere the phone signals. |

今天中午根同事一起买了很好吃的。。。pizza! anchovy & eggplant，我一口气吃了4
片！晚上告诉黑大叔了，黑大叔羡慕得直叫“老子都不记得有多少年没吃过pizza啦！
”所以今天的session练得很给力。
今天他教我玩那种一端固定在地上的barbell，各种推，肩膀啊obliques啊腿啊，都练
到了，看他做啥都很轻松，姐一接手就重得要死。有一个动作，是两手伸直在头顶顶住
barbell做squat，不知道是squat的哪种variation？我要么蹲下来的时候手臂会弯，要
么就蹲不到ATG只能刚刚水平，很别扭，却不知道是哪里别扭。。。唔，大牛们知道菜
菜在说什么不？
找到了，原来那个叫barbell in a corner，今天做了这上面的好几样：high pull,
hammer jammer (two-arm, single-arm都做了)，overhead squat（不过是两手一起

别的没啥体会 倒是想说说 5. Compression Tights, 这个可能真的时候有科学依据
我很长时间没有ITBS了 上次发作是08年10月份半马PR的比赛中 跑完后 一个月里
基本每次不能跑超过1MILE
最近ITBS又发做过2次 以致根本不能跑 不过很快就消失了. 回忆一下 可能是新买的
半长JAMMER 泳裤 下围的松紧正好勒住膝盖ITBS, 正好有次跑完步后去游泳放松 就
悲剧了
所有TIGHTS 有可能勒住血管或ITBS附近 反而血液循环不好 ···· |

跑步骑车都老样子，还是比较累，跑的比较少..
游泳感觉还是有进步，现在250yd基本可以游进4:50，又稍快了点点..
周6第一次去海里游，试了wet suit, 发现有浪的海里游太难了，几个浪冲过来
就累了，还得多找机会练几次...上个海里游泳的video和图片 ：）

发帖数: 9616 | 40 场合１。如果是小区／rec center/beach这种public的地方，trunk就够了。而且trunk不象名牌LV内裤，不讲牌子=没有LV和山寨之分。walmart现在随便都有trunk sale,挑２－３条（backup用的，trunk常丢）。
场合２。如果是master训练／比赛用的，那就搞个jammer/小三角／鲨鱼皮啥的都没问
题。这个就讲究名牌了。
场合１和场合２的穿着打扮都有code,不能随便为了sexy而出卖taste. |

Find a place where you can try on a few different ones before you buy even
if that means driving for two hours.
Obviously I'm a guy and only have experience with jammers mostly. My waist
size is 30" and ended up buying a pair of size 32 nike. sz30 Speedo as well
as sz30 nike were super tight around the thighs, sz32 speedo was still
uncomfortably tight. You would think the fit is pretty standard but that's
