现在因为answering engine不成熟，大家拿search engine当answering engine用----

I have confirmed with the attorney that as long as you have your AP/EAD card
, you can travel without risking abandonment of your pending AOS application
. In addition, as long as you travel with the AP/EAD card, your O-1 status
would not be in jeopardy and you would continue to remain in O-1 status
while the AOS is pending. If your I-485 is denied for some reason, you
would remain in O-1 status.

。 因为绿卡持有人在没有回美证的情况下在境外不能超过一年， 否则无法凭绿卡入境
。 所以一般律师建议为安全起见，每半年入境一次。
对于绿卡持有人换工作，一样并无任何法律规定。 一般的建议是至少等一段时间。 所
以具体情况，自己斟酌吧。

车的市场份额，底特律的汽车制造业因此陷入低谷，不少工人被解雇，于是在当地形成
了对日本人的仇恨气氛。可是底特律市本身并没有多少日本裔，因此其他亚裔 -- 尤其
是华裔成为了怒火的发泄对象。虽然这些人没钱去日本"kill everyone in Japan"，但
是他们“kill someone looks like Japanese"是做得到的，于是陈果仁（Vincent Jen
Chin）案在这一背景下发生。
被害人陈果仁英文名 Vincent Chin，生于1955年5月18日，是第二代华裔美国公民，父
母均来自中国广东，在他被害前，父亲已病逝。陈果仁在美国读书长大，毕业后在底特
律一家工厂担任绘图工程师。可以说是美国土生土长的华人。
由于底特律弥漫着反亚裔情绪，陈果仁在生前便收到过有关种族歧视的警告。

situation, like wallet was left at home.
This actaully happened to me in early May, when I went to attend a
conference in downtown area and found out I had no wallet: parking, lunch,
etc. in jeopardy, plus my car was running out of gas. That's why after that
I started to leave some cash in the car. |
