州人事厅家庭与儿童服务局官员强调，“营养补充援助计画”(Supplemental
Nutrition Assistance Program，简称SNAP，俗称粮食券)目前对申请人身分规定并无
改变，粮食券不被视为政府福利或公共负担(Public Charge)，他们会密切注意如果未
来一旦有任何法律变更，保证在法律实施前，立即召告大众知悉。

expenditures couldn’t possibly get more ridiculous, guess again.
The Washington Post on Friday reported that the EPA purchased a dozen silver
fountain pens from a jewelry store in Washington, D.C., featuring the
agency’s seal and Pruitt’s signatures. The cost to taxpayers: $130 apiece.
The pens were part of a $3,230 order in August from Tiny Jewel Box that also
reportedly included personalized journals.
