比如SF吧，内部的gus系统做的非常好，专门用来scrum的，文件上传分享，进度控制等
等都有。jive没深用过，但是项目管理的功能挺多的，yammer我只看过collaborate那
一块，其他功能还不熟悉 。但这些功能目前google还没有
因为google还没有真的要进入这个领域，所以很多东西都只是做点皮毛而已。虽然他的
整个产品线挺大的，但现在还看不清楚他到底要干嘛。放弃consumer市场好像觉得没面
子，进入enterprise吧又显得力度不足 |

资奖金四年少了不少。这还算是成功的。大部分，十之八九，都是不成功的。股权都打

至超过弯曲不少。这里的风险也变大了。小公司不计其数。个个都想发。和2001年的泡
沫很像了。
房价太贵。旧金山最近有人要盖只有220 square feet一间的studio楼。居然计划是要
租1200美元一个月。看看，220 sqft租1200/月！高级硅漂啊？在旧金山据说已经是算
便宜的了。
硅谷普通略好地区2000呎的房子没有一百万的拿不下来。好区更不用说了。要不然就
得住的很远。上下班路上得塞一个多小时。
加州税也高。个人所得税高。Sales Tax又涨了。硅谷的Sales Tax 10%。工资不比其他
地方好多少。等等此类。风险和回报的比例已经不太合适了。

据我观察，现在西雅图码工的待遇实际水平已经超过硅谷。生活质量和硅谷比好得多。
中国有北漂，蚁族。那是万不得已。一线找工作机会多。码工不一样。各大城市码工目
前税后收入差不多。而硅谷泡沫化严重。生活成本差别太大。现在的气氛就是dotcom 2

follow the same structure and contain the similar key words, which means
that the IOs will discount those.
What IOs look for is your achievements and how they impact others in
academia and industry. That's where you need to show your uniqueness.
Also, IOs are looking for evidences whether these letters do not jive up. If
two letters share the same sentences or paragraphs, the case will be
rejected without a second chance.

房价太贵。旧金山最近有人要盖只有220 square feet一间的studio楼。居然计划是要
租1200美元一个月。看看，220 sqft租1200/月！高级硅漂啊？在旧金山据说已经是算
便宜的了。
硅谷普通略好地区2000呎的房子没有一百万的拿不下来。好区更不用说了。要不然就
得住的很远。上下班路上得塞一个多小时。
加州税也高。个人所得税高。Sales Tax又涨了。硅谷的Sales Tax 10%。工资不比其他
地方好多少。等等此类。风险和回报的比例已经不太合适了。
