发帖数: 9607 | 2 先留个影。面积总共是18'x13.5'，一共准备了17.5块3'x5'x0.5"的cement board。
400颗1.25"的螺钉，300颗2.25"的螺钉，长的是准备拧到底下有joist的地方。
量了subfloor，还比较平，感觉不需要浇leveling compound了。
为了容纳cement board和瓷砖的厚度，把门框下缘都切了1厘米多。再次赞一把HF的山
寨工具，削木如泥，全不费功夫。不过发现pantry的门将来会离地面很近，可能也就只
有半厘米的间距。 |

不过想补救也不难。不嫌麻烦可以重新走一下线，然后把那个洞补上。不过我也不确定这样是不是有必要。反正我的房子我就这么做。我在stud上打洞打错了都要补上。 |

真锯下水管的话你的情况可以从横管的地方锯，用hack saw就行

2，不要光盯着价钱，活儿做的好不好很重要。同样是安装同一根管子，可以10分钟就
焊好，也可以半个小时。10分钟，就是直接上去烧焊；30分钟，要考虑后面的板材，保
护好beam和joist。然后再做，同时考虑支撑，water hammar，冷热水分配（anti
scald) 等等。
3，接头fitting, 相对铜管本身贵很多。最后加上接头，还应该多花一些钱。
4，2800，我们maryland这里，一个一般的townhouse，换得话，也要这个价钱。 |

，从来没有人谈到过这一点，而都是直接加的。我的理解是一般的厚度的新绝缘的材料
的重量根本就没有进入到需要考虑的范围。当然，最严谨的考虑这个当然是更好了。

括怎么装,网上可以找到home depot和lowes的tutorials，还有county的code.这样
interview contractor的时候容易问出来好坏，开工之前很多问题可以达成一致，比如
地板走向是垂直于joists（牢固为主）还是跟房间长的那面墙或射进来的光线平行（美
观为主），沿墙四周要不要留点空隙供热胀冷缩(contractors说法不一，你要交待好）
，颜色太深或疤节的plank要不要放在closet里或房间四周(因为家具可以遮挡),
contractors不一定有这些common sense.
中国人contractor大部分不懂英文，不指望他们了解county code和best practices,
所以自己得懂。 |

然后下面是joists，然后是sill，然后是foundation。。。你那样的情况，感觉是根本
没有sill plates，是将wall frame直接钉在slab上面了。。garage是单独的话索性把
它raise起来在下面建foundation算鸟。。。

这个不一定，要找个 stud detector 在天花上找 joist 的位置。
另外你这个也不一定当墙做，可以当成一靠墙的货架，只要钉紧到墙上，贴完砖，挂上
电视不翻到就行了。如果我做的话，我就将旧墙的 drywall 切掉，把新搭的 frame/
shelf 钉到旧墙的 stud 上，然后再走电线，上 drywall,
贴瓷砖，etc. |
