我很支持这些想法，所以值得单独开一贴出来大家讨论一下。Brainstorm一下。
如果要做的话，一部分是online judge，一部分是原创文章，主要语言可以是中文。
online judge这部分可能最实用，可以考虑优先搭建。
可以考虑做成类似于stack overflow的模式，或者半wiki的形式，主要是保证题目以及
online judge的质量。

Significant and Original Contributions in Science；Outstanding Record on
Judging the Work of Other Scientists）里Judging the Work of Other Scientist
部分的一个组成部分，并非全部。
除了审稿外，其他Judge有关的活动也应该被重视并且用在申请中。比如说在我的专业
协会里，我当时随便乱选了几个委员会，结果被稀里糊涂地弄到个评奖委员会里。从十
来个大牛级的候选人里挑选最牛的。这个后来被我用来吹了下。而我这个经历比一位朋
友就逊色多了。他参加了不少种类的会议，大多是小型专业协会组织的，在这些会议上
，他很轻易地就搞到些个chair类型的头衔，这些头衔在他的申请肯定起到不小的作用。

期之前去上庭就可以，看来应该是我误解了。
我周二打电话预约了下午四点去“上庭”。到了那里，我被引到judge的办公室跟他谈
，说了一通我准备好的理由之后，看来都不奏效，然后我就提多普勒效应，judge说如
果有证据证明这个事实，例如一些材料和计算，那这个理由可以算是成立的。跟他谈论
的过程中，我发现连他自己都不熟悉情况，本来我是在限速60的地方开到70，他却以为
那条路限速是65（事实是Luling有两条hwy连着I10，一条限速60，一条限速65，我是在
限速60的地方超速，而且单子上警察记录的也是限速60）。
judge是一个黑人中年人，聊天的过程中发现他还蛮nice，说什么我回去之后可以fax东
西给他，不用再跑那么远上庭了，一直有说有笑，但是隐约感觉到他实际上还是蛮希望
我认罚了事，不知道是不是“很多美国人只是看起来很客气而已，实际应该怎么样还是
怎么样“的这种看法所影响。
跟他聊了一会才知道，我这次预约来跟他谈并不是上庭，而是我plea no guilty之后，

察死磕，十有十一你要输，那时候就是罚款+计点+涨保险。现在人家给你个台阶下，你
就顺顺当当下来得啦，以后注意点儿，毕竟你的这个记录还在那儿。
办公室区域走出来，说“只要你坚持reduction, you will be fine."hearing时，
judge说你是不是关心points and insurance,我给你reduce到65开70，不会影响points
and insurance，似乎两人商量好了。我的申辩中有1. slope, 2. 当天警察说我后面
的灯坏了，其实没坏，3。第一次speeding ticket, 并附了照片，hearing前寄给了
judge, 因为警察hearing前的”警告，“ hearing时没提第2点， judge 也没回答我的
问题”你接到了我的信和照片吗？“
疑惑：1。police and judge是不是事先商量了的？police为什么进judge的办公区域？
不是两者分开吗？

在offer opinion还是judge? 我认为是opinion，是正常的。但若说此人不行，那就是
judge，老板那么写就会惹麻烦。关键是人和人的行为应该分开。可以批评某种行为(
offer opinion)，不能轻易否定一个人（don't judge）。
所以我觉得，如果说LZ小心眼/MEAN之类的，应该算JUDGE。如果厨子手艺不行，家长做
法不好等等，应该不算JUDGE。 |

发帖数: 4426 | 45 我觉得区别就是opinion比较温和，就事论事。judge比较极端，比较容易失控放大。比
如说吧，原楼里面的小孩我也觉得他的行为需要矫正，家长需要多下功夫。这个就是
opinion。但是有些人一上来就是“没家教”，“教育失败”，“好多中国孩子被惯的
没样儿了”。。。就属于judge了。而我呢，真心觉得这种人比什么孩子没manner啊之
类的人更加讨厌，于是也在judge她们。
其实吧，就是对某种行为接受程度的问题。对于特别不能让自己接受的，想不judge很
难。。。比如我自己就觉得，一个人的manner固然重要，但是绝对重要不过一个人的心
灵。这个坛子里的某些人，给我的感觉就是心眼儿大大的坏，并不只是因为那一个楼的
关系。其实那楼里也有好几个就认为那样的人家没教养的，我也不觉得怎样，就是观点
不同而已。但是有些人，马上就放大到”你也没家教所以你才替那家人说话“，等等。
再对照他们平时发帖的作风，我是真觉得这些人心眼儿太坏了。。。他们平时任何一个
帖子，至少我所看到的，完全没有表现出半点对他们说话对象的关心，基本就是用否定
